The pizza was good, service good. But they rip you off on a glass of white wine. No way in hell should a large (small) glass of wine cost $22.00!!!!! I would be ashamed of charging that price anywhere. Sad, sad, sad last time there for sure.

We had the "This Lil FIggy" pie and it was simply delicioso. My husband had the mussels and pon frites and it was yummy. We will definitely be back! Wish I would have been offered a special dessert.....but then again we were so full so I didnt mind it. We were at the Gilbert location on Friday, June 24th at 5PM Wish I could remember our waitress' name. She was blonde with a beautiful face but then again I think there were a few girls that looked like this! Definitely will recommend it to my neighbors at Ashley Park in Chandler.

Wife and I split blt with fries. Very very dry sandwich with very little bacon or the other fixings. We expect food to be overpriced at airports but wish the food quality was better

Menu didn’t have prices on the cocktails. When I got the ticket it was $19 for an old fashioned and $20 for a margarita. They weren’t good or large. Pizza was ok but won’t go back.

After a wonderful week in Mexico, eating exotic foods like octopus, lobster and fresh oysters on a half shell and many other wonderful foods, it takes eating a BLT at Humble Pie in the phoenix airport, to make me deathly ill. I made it on the connecting flight back to Oakland, but not without puking my brains out the entire flight. I was so F**CKED up (couldn’t walk, couldn’t talk) by the time we touched down in Oakland, my boyfriend had them call me an ambulance and transport me to Kaiser, where they gave me fluids for my severe dehydration and a number of other meds to bring me back to life. They also did blood work to make sure it wasn’t something I picked up in Mexico. NOPE, wasn’t Mexico. It was food poisoning, from Humble Pie. I know these things are a fluke, and I could likely eat there tomorrow and it would be fine. But I will never forget this experience, it was a nightmare. So, no thank you.

No hostess to seat us. Grill out of order, so menu limited. Long wait for seating, service of food. Prices exorbitant. Won’t be eating here again.

Flying out of PHX, we thought, we will get there a few hours early, sit at a sports bar and watch basketball. HA! We couldn’t even find a place to sit and order food in Terminal 4. Luckily my wife saw the walk up window at Humble Pie. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and were told it would be 25 minutes. It was a little less then that and we actually sat at some counter which I think belonged to the place beside this. My meatballs were tasty, but not particularly warm. My wife’s grilled chicken sandwich was nice and came with a bag of chips for only $14.29. We went and found some uncomfortable seats at our gate, held the iPad on our knees and watched our basketball game there. Not fun, at all!

This is beyond an airport rip-off joint. While the bar is horrendously expensive -- OK But the place should not be in an airport if they choose to run a kitchen this way. We sat down at the bar and ordered some drinks and the Signiture 10" pizza. After half an hour we asked the bartender about our order - we were directly across from the open kitchen- at that point she started our pizza. After another few minutes she opened the pizza oven door and started to clean, while our way delayed pizza should be cooking. I asked the bartender if she could do that later and get us our pizza. We finally got our food over 45 minutes after our order. An airport food concession is not a place to lounge for a meal. There was a line to get in. People are on a tight schedule...it's in and out. If you want to linger fine, but get the meal first. People next to us ordered a cheeseburger and were still there after half hour, These people don't understand why they are there!!

Had ninety minutes to eat main meal for the day before flying for 5 hours. Service was very good, but the kitchen was slow getting the food out. Pizza was decent, but much more expensive than you would customarily get outside the airport.

Flight delay, food voucher, good service, best French fries ?. No problem with using voucher either. Price of food fair for portions.

I had never been before in that restaurant and I loved it. I ordered a 10 inches pepperoni pizza and it was delicious and they served it very fast. This restaurant has become a must to me and every time I arrive to Phoenix Airport I will eat there.

This place is a total rip-off. The pizza was good. Everything else was just ok. The prices are insane! I suppose I could have walked out as soon as I saw the menu, but, like most people, that would have taken too much time between flights. So I paid two or three times what someone should expect to pay for airport pizza. To make matters worse, the server tried to talk me into giving him a bigger tip. This establishment is clearly run by people with no sense of decency.

Surprised at the quality of their pizza, especially since it was at the airport. Our server was very good also. But at times it seemed like no one was taking charge of the seating

Walked up the outside bar rail. Asked the server if they had iced tea. She replied that they did. I requested the largest size available. Even at that I became invisible. She decided that there was no tip in it for her on such a small order. I stood there for ten minutes getting angrier and angrier. Three more customers walked up to the bar and got their beers immediately. At that point I walked away, more insulted than I have ever been in my life. Ironically I was feeling generous and had decided I was going to hand her a $10 bill when she returned regardless of the price of the beverage. If they're going to enforce a minimum purchase policy they should tell customers up front.

Airport franchises sometimes don't get the credit they deserve. We've certainly had our share of bad experiences at airport eateries. Our lunch at Humble Pie in Terminal 4, however, was surprisingly good. We were tired and grumpy after a long drive from Sedona to Phoenix - with a long flight home ahead. The folks at Humble Pie made the beginning of our journey a pleasant one. Personal pizza was good and hot. The service was pleasant and personable.
