Decent atmosphere at first blush, but the service is absolutely abysmal.
I’m from New York and snowbird to Phoenix in the Winter to get away from the weather. Never, ever would their quality of service pass even in the most exclusive areas of SoHo.
I tried asking the bartender about this and he openly admitted to spitting in patron’s drinks whenever the staff identify somebody from out of state.

Rose garden has rats living in the kitchen! They named him Ralphy.. Most of the staff doesn’t have their food handlers or liquor licenses. They write their own reviews on google. Wouldn’t trust it!
