I highly recommend keeping it simple and just going with The Standard burger. The fries are also great and the sauce is so good, it's like Cane's but a little better. I really enjoy getting a burger here every couple weeks! This is a quality burger and fries. Don't be in a rush, it will take a while to get your food most visits. It's worth it for me when I have a little extra time

Good burgers and fries. Shake was pretty good too. Service through the drive up is on point. It can get busy and has no inside or seating or parking. It's also a bit spendy here as well.

The $9.99 original burger was very good, despite some bad lettuce or unnecessary lettuce. The burgers were well cooked and it had a nice sauce and onions as well. All burgers are doubles.

Drive thru only these days. Possibly the best burger in AZ. Super fresh, made to order. Drive thru can take a bit but these burgers are worth the effort.

Go here at least monthly and love telling people about it, and that it was rated one of the highest. Went yesterday and paid 22 (as usual) and waited a long while to get a burger that had one perfect patty and one cooked until it was so crispy that I thought it was bacon. Fries sadly overcooked to the point of losing flavor. Hoping it was a fluke, but I know if I go back and the same thing happens I’m gonna want a refund.

Edit: it was not a fluke! Came back and the food was dry. I think maybe things have just changed

​I've been wanting to try The Stand for a while, but my first visit was a bit disappointing. While the burgers were tasty (I had the Standard Burger and my fiancé had the Spicy Standard) the overall experience didn't justify the price.

The main issue is the drive-thru-only setup, which seems to cause a lot of chaos. Despite only a few cars in front of us, we waited about 40 minutes because other people kept cutting in line. The two burgers and a drink came out to around $30, which feels steep for a drive-thru, especially since the burger itself was poorly constructed. All my toppings except the lettuce and onions didnt make an appearance until half way thru the burger. While the staff was friendly, the frustrating wait time and high cost for a basic drive-thru experience are the main reasons for my low rating.

A walk up and/or a car hop option would make coming back more desirable. Overall its still a good burger. Oh, one last important note all burgers are double patties which may be a culprit of the high prices.

Been a couple years since last visit, went back because it was listed as Best Burger in Phoenix on a couple of lists. I would say it's good but not the best. Fries were good but they were not fresh. Hamburger itself was good but not great, bun was same. Drive thru only.

Wasted 20 minutes in line. Finally, got up to the window and was going to pay with $100 bill. They told me they could not break the bill. There was no sign saying they can’t break $100. I would’ve went somewhere else so I could have saved gas and my time. I wasted my entire lunch break for, “the highest quality of service” but they can’t break a simple $100 bill. Never waited that long just to end up not getting my food.
