A nice burger and an Arizona wine. Enjoyed the service. Didn’t catch the name but the lady was a nursing school student from Chicago taking a gap semester- awesome service.
Tried the Phoenix Cheesesteak and onion rings, both new. Cheesesteak was very generous enough for 1 teenager, 2 adults, or 3 seniors. Meat was spicy and could be too much for a few people but was very tasty to us. For the onion rings the operative work on onion rings is THICK.
The Tavern Wine Bar is such a quiet and relaxing spot for a meal and drinks. The prices are a little on the higher side, but the food was delicious and the quality made it worth it. They have a great variety of wines, and I love that you can stop into the wine shop, pick out a bottle, and bring it into the restaurant, or simply order a glass from their menu. They also have a great cocktail list if wine isn’t your thing. Overall, a really nice spot for a relaxed dinner...
