I stopped in with my children for an afternoon treat. We initially wanted milkshakes, but once I saw that one milkshake was $18, we opted for a small bowl (one scoop of ice cream) for $5 each. They serve Blue Bell Ice Cream, so it's a great quality. The atmosphere was nice, very clean, and had large windows so we could sit and enjoy a small view of downtown Phoenix while we ate.

I needed some (a lot) of cheering up, & for the 1st time in memory, I didn’t look for an inviting, people-watching pub/bar which looked to have the most people packed per square inch yet managed to look classy still. It didn’t hurt a bit that the young friendly male ice cream pusher was as fine as they come.

False advertisement on prices. Prices are clearly listed above the registers. I was charged more than the listed price. When I asked about being overcharged, the employee said the price was wrong on their in-store sign and online menu. False and misleading advertising are illegal.
FOLLOW-UP: After posting this review, one of the co-owners contacted me right away. I was impressed by his personal time on the matter and his great customer service, so I changed my review...
