This establishment has been around for years. Every time I eat here food & service is always 5star but very pricey. Noticed this establish continues to increase their prices over the years. I can remember getting a meal for less than $10 which was very acceptable to the averaged income person. Be prepared to pay around $18 now per person without a drink and all the extra charges for additional items you may want to add. Because of the great food & service this place is nice for a special occasions but for most average folks you just can't afford to eat here often as you would like due to their prices.

My daughter's beef fundido burrito was a little salty. The place smells like poop. Not sure if they have a sewer issue.
Me and my husband's meal was delicious.
I love Top Shelf. It just smelled bad there, this last visit.

We arrived just before supper crowd on Saturday. Seated promptly. I had enchiladas and my husband ordered the Mexican pizza. He offered me a slice. I said no, as I had alot of food on my own plate. Midway through the meal, I noticed he was not eating much.. I asked him, "hey babe, can you give me just a corner where the crust isn't soggy?" He obliged. I took part of that bite, and said something is not right with that beef! He said, I kinda wondered. The hamburger on that pizza was spoiled. We took a to-go box for my food. The server was nice and provided good service. (Your chefs should know if hamburger is spoiled... before they serve customers.)

Had the Fajitas two nights in a row. Wasn't busy at all. Price was fair. Just don't like being referred to as "Honey" by the waitress who tried to act like a southerner.
