Super pricey, my cookies were an hour late! I understand the late night hours can be hard but are you guys sleeping or something?? At 1am it shouldn’t be busy enough to take an hour and 18 minutes for 12 cookies. On top of that the cookies were cold and hard as a rock. The taste was almost as if they were sitting for an hour.

This place is closed down. I got an email to confirm my order but never received the email to let me know my order was ready for pick up. Drove to the location to find a piece of paper stating that they’re closed down. I then got a call from their online people? Saying that they’ve been canceling all their orders. It was confusing as she asked if I wanted to proceed my order, as if they didn’t know that they were closed. I went ahead and just canceled it and did get my refund. I’m upset as they keep taking orders but are closed down.

It took over 30 minutes for 2 brownies with ice cream and it was super packed. However, it was a Friday night and they bake to order. A bit pricey but totally worth the wait because our desserts were delicious.

I used to love ordering from here, but the service has gone downhill steadily over the last year. Repeatedly late orders with no notice, cancelled orders, undercooked cookies and it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone there by phone. Won't be ordering again or if I hear somethings changed.

Use to love this place but.... recently Order from this place on Grub Hub to wait 2 hours for my order and still nothing arrived! Had to call customer service to get a refund and was informed that the shop supplied there own drivers and failed to fill my order! Not worth your time and money.

I advance ordered 200 cookies for my wedding reception and they never showed up and no one ever contacted me! I am so disappointed. My now-husband and I have ordered hundreds of dollars of Totally Baked cookies over the past few years and we love them, so we were thrilled about having them at our wedding. I emailed Totally Baked maybe a week or two in advance to ask if they needed notice or anything for such a large order. No reply. Then three days before the wedding I saw on their website you can order for delivery at a future date so I ordered (and paid for) 200 cookies. I got an email that the order was accepted and I was charged $353.65 so I thought everything was good to go. The cookies were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 p.m. during the reception. At 8:20 p.m. I got a call from ChowNow, the app that Totally Baked uses to accept and manage online orders. I obviously was busy dancing at my own wedding so I didn't see the voicemail. My friends left my reception to visit the Totally Baked location literally right down the street and (as you can see in our venue's manager Julie J's review) they had a sign that says "we are closed due to an issue beyond our control." ChowNow's voicemail said they haven't been able to get ahold of Totally Baked for days and so they willingly canceled and refunded my order. Three days later I still haven't heard from Totally Baked. So - respect for ChowNow, and shame on Totally Baked. I am lucky that we had Cornish Pasty cater the food and their caterer was willing to go back to their restaurant and have entire sheet pans of dessert made for us on no notice whatsoever. I was having such a great time at my wedding that I wasn't upset, but I am surprised at such poor business practices. We were so excited to have my wedding dress, our venue, caterer, cookies, everything from downtown Phoenix to support local, and this was embarrassing on behalf of our city. After spending years ordering and talking to others about Totally Baked, I will not be ordered from them again.

Ghosted a wedding. What more needs to be said?!?! It doesn't matter how good their products are when they cannot deliver to an event that they committed to - and not only that, didn't bother to inform the couple that they wouldn't be there. Went to their facility and saw a lame, handwritten sign about being closed due to unforeseen circumstances. But their message says they have 3 locations. Why couldn't they have fulfilled this order from another of their locations? Why couldn't they have contacted their client? Why didn't they answer the phone when we called over and over and over? ZERO STARS - yeah, right - it might have been "beyond their control", but if they are unable to even inform their clients when they cannot deliver, they cannot be trusted. Who wants to do business with a place that you cannot count on to deliver what they promise and that you pay for? Not me, that's for sure. Boo, Hiss, Totally Baked - you let a sweet couple down tonight and for that, you cannot be forgiven.

When I found this place I was extremely excited. I love they have late hours and there's so many things on the menu that it would be impossible for someone to not find something they like. What shys them of 5stars is the wait time. Fresh is always good but when you have to wait so long for ice cream and cookies well you know. The place is a bit pricey but other than that it is pretty awesome. Great atmosphere and snacks.

Cookies were fun but not insanely delicious amd they were busy. We waited an hour for 18 cookies as there was only one guy but outside of that all good. This definitely a call ahead and pick up later place

If I could give zero stars I would for $25 you would think I would at least get something better than a Styrofoam plate delivered to my house along with melted peanut butter cookie and 2 burnt chocolate chip cookies this was my first time ever ordering from this place and I will never order again I want my money back I ordered six cookies and it was not worth a single dollar

So this was probably one of the most peculiar and not as favorable experiences I've probably had. I was honestly really looking forward to trying this place and had been excited to finally go try it. My husband and I walked in around 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Parking was difficult, which granted is not their fault, but was nevertheless a little distasteful. Secondly, we walk inside, and the older gentleman, who I assume was the owner, was immediately stressed and vocally sighing continually. He was running around extremely frantic, back and forth- shouting (consistently) to his employee about cookies orders that were behind and were greeted with a "hold on just a minute." After my husband and I waited 10 minutes, we were unsure if we really wanted to pay $13 for 6 cookies, so we decided to leave. The owner I think thought we had left pissed off or something, but it was more so not wanting to be around him when he made such a tense and stressful environment to be around, and the cookies were twice the price they should be in my opinion. He literally ran out of the store after us as we were in the parking lot and asked us to come back, he would help with our order and he kept apologizing. We reluctantly and awkwardly went back inside and he said he would give us the employee discount. So I'm thinking "okay, well that was kind of him. Let's give these cookies a try." So we opt for the "half baked" which was six cookies for $12.99 (not including the "specialty" ones which were an additional up-charge.) They also charged more for their vegans cookies at $3.99 a cookie. So after waiting for another 15 minutes, we get our fresh baked cookies, and we walk back to our car and drive home. When I got home and opened them, he had forgotten one of our cookies. Needless to say, it just felt uncomfortable, like they hadn't prepared what I would presume to be is a normal weekend rush very well. It sucked they forgot one of my cookies that I paid $13.46 (or whatever it was). The cookies themselves were honestly pretty mediocre. Like Tollhouse in my opinion. The only thing I can say I really appreciate is they deliver through Postmates and have crazy late hours they are open (4am) on some days. I also appreciate that you get a variety, which if I were to bake my own at home, I wouldn't have nearly as many to choose from. I know the cookie delivery service is more up-and-coming, but this was not a good way for me to start my experience. I think they could also benefit from getting a little more creative with their cookie flavors and switching things up. Maybe just keeping 1 friendly face at the counter to greet you and ring people up.

Good for a quick bite and craving. The price will definitely deter me from returning soon.

Phenomenal cookies. We just ordered them on Uber Eats and they arrived hot and oh-so-delicious! Fruity pebbles was my fave but they were all amazing. Best cookies I've had in Phoenix, hands down.
