Nice little spot. When I went in they had a live DJ. Only problem is it's kind of small. I think I counted 5 tables max and a bar. Food was good and I enjoyed the ambiance. Honored hood roots without being too hood iykyk.
7pm The food was good. It was supposed to 8wings smoked jerk crispy it 7 when I got to my hotel . Order salad wings Mac. Collard after I pay . We ran out of salad. Really in 5 minutes.
Cozy little place downtown. I had the burnt ends and they were tender and delicious. The sweet potatoes are pretty darn good. They have some sort of buttery syrup over them that is delicious, and then that familiar sweet potato flavor kicks on shortly afterwards. The Mac & cheese is heavy on the cheese, which is how I prefer it. Our server was a very nice young lady. I failed to get her name, but she did mention she was related to the owner.
