Legit best experience Ive ever had with an establishment. The manager here, Adam, is amazing. I order from here almost daily and today my order got cancelled last minute by DoorDash. Because I ordered through the company's website DoorDash was not able to assist in anyway. After letting Adam know the situation he took it upon himself to reach out to his district manager to make sure that I was refunded. He also made it a point to make sure that he got my name correct because I have a pretty difficult name, and I just have to say that it is the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. Thank you very much Adam!

Walked in at 8:30pm, and a kid immediately told me that they were closed. The door was OPEN, and it clearly says on their website and on their store window that they close at 9. I was really looking forward to getting a smoothie and they were so rude just because they wanted to be lazy. So disappointing. Don’t go here.

terrible experience, didn't give us everything we ordered refused to give us a refund and it took 2 hours to deliver . I've eaten here before and it was pretty good but this experience was sad.

It needs to have better costumer service, I have been waiting for my dilla , a wrap and a flatbread for an hour . I spent 46 dollars . People got here after me and they got the smoothie and food before me and still waiting. Like do I get my food today or tomorrow. It's really disappointing and disrespectful. May be sales will increase if you hired someone more efficient . Not recommended to come get food if only one person it's working . Bad

Just go to Jamba Juice across the street! It'll take a 3rd of the time you'll wait here for one smoothie. My goodness! I've come here 3 times and every time they don't have their shit together! One person is working and doing literally EVERYTHING. She is busting her ass while this, I'm assuming he's a manager, stands around making funny comments that aren't funny. They are always overwhelmed with online orders that they make a priority instead of the people waiting in line to order. She was out of ice, out of pineapple, out of many items and asking for help. But this guy didn't do shit! Wow! Poor management will be the down fall of this place.

by far the WORST place I've ever been to; the attitudes were terrible. Not a single greeting and when placing an order, there was not an ounce of kindness. Takes over 15 minutes for one smoothie. A Spanish speaking customer came in and the man working rudely yelled "no hablo español" and as customers were waiting for their smoothie, he stated "well they see we're busy so" as there were only a few of us in there. Horrible atmosphere, the smoothie itself lacked flavor as there was probably more ice than fruit.

Caroline the cashier was quite rude. She was eating at the front of the restaurant when I came to the register. She took another bite of her food knowing I was there and I had waited a minute for her to stop chewing. I was not greeted with a hello, it was a "are you here to pick up or?" I placed my order and went about my business. The man who seemed to be the manager was making my wrap, was very friendly. However I ordered my wrap with no tomato and he made it with tomato, so he had to remake it. It took about 15 minutes to get a wrap. There was not many people inside, the restaurant is small, however they could have probably used another staff member to help with efficiency. My smoothie tastes great and I'm looking forward to trying my wrap, I felt inclined to leave a review due to the service given.

This tropical smoothie is severely under staffed. However that's not the issue. The manager is simply not fit to work in a customer service job. He is aggressive and rude and doesn't know how to speak to customers in a respectful way. No customer in that store was "mad" that it was understaffed. He's just instantly came out with a funky attitude and for what?? Like sir, it's not our fault you hate your job. My smoothie was fine tho.

Ordered right off the website for some of us in the office one our team member recommended you. Not only was the order delayed by 50 minutes which is not the problem but only one smoothie arrived and the food was not in good condition.
