I have picked up deliveries at this location twice and both times they've left me waiting ten to fifteen minutes when I got to the restaurant. The first time it took me 15 minutes from when I got the order to when I got to the restaurant.So it was thirty minutes for them to cook one burger well done. I like coming here when I visit Scottsdale… the burger was great, the side was disappointing… very subpar service, “fingerling” potatoes were cold and sad.

These folks had a rough night. We had a pleasant but plainly inexperienced waitress who rarely visited (and seemed entirely unaware of her neglect, despite dry glasses and an incredibly slow turn), a chaotic kitchen line, and one of two entrees arrived cold 45 minutes after our order (If it was intended to be served that way, that's a poor choice.). The food was decent, but I can hardly recommend braving the Biltmore parking lot for it. We've had considerably better experiences at other locations.
The food is decent, but not memorable. The service was very good. One glitch — there was no powdered sweetener (or simple syrup) for the unsweetened ice tea. The only product available was raw sugar, which obviously would sit in dissolved at the bottom of the tea glass. The server explained that the restaurant had run out of all other sugar or sweeteners. Not impressive on that score.

Our food was Delicious! I had the Meatloaf with veggies . The mushroom sauce was wonderful and the veggies cooked to perfection. My husband had the chicken that is only offered at The Biltmore location. Really good. We also had starter of tomato soup and grilled cheese. I ordered a spritzer and it was flat so I sent it back. Our server was a little slow and we went at 5:15 so I don't know why it too so long to greet us and get drinks to us. Also the hostess was confused when we said where we would like to sit if it was available.

What a delight to find that the Ancient Grains Bowl is as delicious as it was the first few times I enjoyed it! I requested a piece of salmon to be added and was thrilled that I managed to get two meals out of it! True Foods is always a pleasurable time! Warm competent staff and talented chefs!

Only bad, the panini and potatoes are terrible and should be removed from the menu they have zero flavor. Everything else I tried from here was out of this world, so fresh, so flavorful just straight amazing. Service was very good also. But the panini and potatoes don’t deserve a spot on the menu.
