We love Undertow and go every time we are visiting Phoenix from Vegas! We came in after Tiki Oasis last week, ordered a drink in the skull mug and told them we wanted to take it home. They grabbed a new mug still in the box, bagged it up for us, we paid for it and left. Unfortunately, when we got home to Vegas, we opened up the box and realized they accidentally gave us the water jug instead of the skull mug. I called them and told them the situation and the manager was kind enough...
We went to celebrate my cousin's 12st birthday and it was the entire group's first time there. The place is super cool and immersive. The bartender was very attentive and curated a drink my cousin ended up liking for his first drink. All in all, I would recommend and we'll definitely go back. 👍🏽
