Beautiful interior with high backed blue velvet banquettes and crisp white linens. Fresh house made croissants were buttery, flaky and tender. Beef Wellington was cooked to a perfect medium rare with a delicious crust. We ordered a Lemon Tart with raspberry sorbet for dessert and they dressed it up for my mom’s birthday. Lovely!

This is the best place in town for fine food. If you are a foodie this is a must. Every course is a rare delicious treat artistically displayed. This resturaunt is an icon for the very best of the best. Vincent is so talented with the cuisine choices and picturesque displays on the plates. I can’t wait till I go there again!Vegetarian options: He can create a delicious vegetarian or vegan dish on the spot! I have been there several times, with different family members all having different dietary needs.Dietary restrictions: He can do any dietary need. We have all different dietary needs in our family and he met all our needs… gluten free…. Vegan…. Vegetarian… no sugar, etc.

Searched online for best places for escargot in Phoenix, found Vincent on Camelback as saying they had the best escargot in Phoenix! I called to make a reservation and asked if they indeed have escargot and they said they didn't even though they have it online!

Excellent food, amazing cocktails and exemplary service. I had my best friend come to town and wanted a quiet place to catch up while enjoying a nice meal, I couldn't have picked a better location than Vincent's on Camelback, it checked every box. Chef accommodated my vegetarian preference very willingly with a one-off Mushroom Tart featuring Morrells and light flaky pastry, heavenly. My guest had Lobster with Basil Pesto, conversation was noticeably interrupted when each course was delivered, the food simply steals the show. Proprietary cocktails provided a fitting backdrop, I'll be busy for a while trying to replicate at home. Throughout our experience extras and thoughtful touches kept arriving at our table delivered with minimal intrusion and ultimate care. Highly recommended as a fine dining destination par excellence, kudos to Chef Vincent and his staff!

We had the most amazing dinner tonight!! The staff is lovely and Diane took great care of us. We’ve never been able to find a cassoulet here in Phoenix, but it was on the menu tonight! Sooooo goooood!! This is THE spot for French food. Chef Vincent really went above and beyond our expectations!! Thank you!!

Very Disappointed We had not been in many years, but thought we were overdue. Very attentive and friendly service was the upside. On the downside was the food. A beautiful piece of Sea Bass with absolutely flavorless sauce. Lobster bisque soup with not one piece of lobster. This used to be an epic soup. Lobster tail was undercooked, stringy and tough. Even dessert was disappointing, which is hard to imagine at Vincent's. I should have known something was up when I called up at 5pm on a Friday and had openings at every time slot. We got there at 630 and it was mostly empty. When we left at 830, it was still half empty. The Bistro only had 3 full tables. Obviously word has gotten out that this once great restaurant is tired and dying. Pretty sad evening.

Pricey, classy, and buttery, lol. I love French food and was really excited to come here for a family birthday dinner. We were seated really close to the entrance, which just didn't feel like a great spot, but being more in the center may have felt a little too crowded and stuffy. That was probably the one bad thing about this place - just didn't feel like the air was circulating well. Even though I don't eat red meat I had plenty of options. I thought I was going to choose the scallops, but I made a spur of the moment decision change and ordered the trio of halibut, bass, and lobster. I was SO glad I flip flopped - I love tasting a variety and this was served like 3 perfect little fully plated mini dinners! I had a bite of one of my family member's scallops, very good but I preferred my dish(es). Other than mains, we had small croissants and bread with butter on the table. I only had croissant which was pretty good (I'm pretty picky - I do wish the outside had more layers but on the inside they were there!) We also ordered a chanterelle mushroom tarte appetizer to share which was fantastic (mushroom lover here). We passed on ordering a full dessert but with the check they gave us each a little flourless chocolate cake that was to die for and the small portion didn't leave me feeling unable to get up from the table. The service was nice but if I'm allowed to say it, a little snooty. I really liked the food though so I'd come back for another special occasion for sure.

Wonderful selection of specialty menu items, appetizers, salads and entrees followed by delicious desserts. Very attentive service in a delightful bistro setting which we enjoyed with our friends during the year end holidays.

A marvelous dining experience from the bar to the table. Met our friends for dinner. Had a cocktail at the bar then on to dinner. Diane, our professional server, told about the specials. Between the menu and the specials, delicious decisions to make. We shared the mushroom tart - perfectly balanced. Two of us had fish - beautifully deboned and presented, others had veal and elk. Cooked to order and beautifully presented. I was presented with some white wines to sample and decide which would accompany my meal, which I love. One diner had our server choose his meal, which he was delighted with. We had an assortment of delicious desserts with apples being the center of attention. Plus, my fave, the flourless chocolate cake with an after dinner drink. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The atmosphere is delightful. The food was delicious. The service was friendly and professional. It did take a little while at the end to get our check but no harm done.Kid-friendliness: There wasn’t a specific kids menu, but they were super courteous and accommodating to our seven-year-old.
