This is such a wonderful place! The food is incredibly well-made and not one piece was over cooked. The escargot was tender without tending towards chewiness, and the oil and herbs they were served in was fresh. We also ordered the special which happened to be young chicken with morel mushrooms in a tarragon and star anise sauce. I think at one time this was an excellent restaurant.
Our entire table ordered the prefix menu. I personally got the wine pairing with the meal. The wine choices did not complement nor contrast their courses properly. Many of the wine choices were too sweet for the already sweet dishes they accompanied, or just underwhelming in general.
