Esheaté Water 'n Ice

Great water but ice now comes out partially melted. Seems like they don’t want to make money. I’ve gone there 8 different times and they were closed. I’ve never seen a business closed so often, and for various reasons too. We no longer get our ice there. Nice people that own it too, but I guess they aren’t invested like they should be.

OWNER PLEASE READ: Im leaving a 5 star because I don’t believe it’s necessary to leave a bad review but the inconsistency of hours is quite frustrating and the outside machines dont take card. My advice would he to incorporate a card reader and charge a 25 cent charge for it for convenience. You are losing money to the other self service places left and right guaranteed

Overcharged me on a 5 gallon water pump listed as 19.99, total came out to 36$.

Great tasting water and very friendly staff.

This place is ALWAYS closed. We recently moved here, we never had an issue with our water n ice at our old place but here they are closed for a week at a time at least once a month, usually more often! Ridiculous! Will be driving back to our old water n ice, worth the drive.

I have been coming here for 5 years now but the NEW OWNERSHIP has done WONDERS to the place and they are SO FRIENDLY and helpful We usually buy 6+ 5 Gallon waters every other week, For !the last year we stop on Fridays to get ICE CREAM or SNOW CONES after a long week of school.

Stopped in to get ice for my engagement party. The owners were so warm and welcoming, it was the perfect way to start this weekend. They even threw in an extra bag of ice.And the prices were amazing!Couldn’t be happier with their service. Will absolutely be back

Amazing amazing amazing. What a place! I’ve been going here for water for the last 8 or 9 months, but the owners recently *changed*. Service is amazing now and it has become much more than just a place for water. Patricia, thank you for letting me try one of your amazing iced coffee Bobas—I did not know what to expect from a new flavor but now it’s one of the best, if not the best, bobas I’ve ever had. You all are great, and I love what you all are continuing to do with the place. Such a blessing to the community. Thank you all so much! God bless you all!!

We went to buy Alkaline water at the store. The claim by the owner was that water has a pH of 10. We requested them to test the water pH which came to be 7.5. Owner then came and tried to show us the TDS score of the water and convince us that 57 score means pH of 9.8. The owner and the employees had an aggressive attitude. We recommend everyone to check pH before paying premium price for Alkaline water.

The best customer service I've seen in a long time. Thanks for the hospitality will be getting water for years to come.

After reading the owner’s replies to peoples reviews this is not a business I will patronize.I am new to the area and was hoping to find as good a place as the Water and Ice in Maricopa but such nasty attitude towards your patrons’ reviews just lost you a future customer. Learn from their reviews, promise to do better and then follow up on that promise.

Rudest staff ever! Place is dirty, would get water from hose first!

Paid almost double the price to go inside to get my water! If you fill up outside its only 25 cents but inside the store its 40 cents!! Why is that?? Is there a bunch of tax added or something if you get it inside? Or let me guess inflation? Why don't the other ones charge a bunch extra??? Get a clue people...

I love the owners of this store I get ice and water alot and they are always so helpful thank you.

Staff is very helpful and courteous. The only issue I have is that you always seem to open late. I get here around opening and end up waiting from 15-30 minutes the past few visits.
