A Vietnamese place is authentic if you smell the fish sauce and pho broth once you walk in. This hole in the wall place has amazing food. I ordered the Pork Chop, Bun Bo Hue and Spring Rolls. The noodles in the Bun Bo Hue are thick rice noodles that are just incredible. Service here is pretty fast and attentive. Will certainly be my spot for a Vietnamese fix.
Listen, this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the Phoenix metro. I discovered them through online ordering during the pandemic and I’ve been obsessed ever since. Uber Eats notified me of my loyal patronage and asked for a review on their platform because I was a super fan I guess. Their PHO is PHOnomenal.
