Why even serve me rock hard bread? And clearly 8 hour old meat? Do you guys not throw food out when it’s gone bad?

11:12 pm & they shut down the frosty machine & they close at midnight—do better. Then the girl that took my drive thru order was rude about it to me on top of that. I’m sick of employees that act like customers are a nuisance. Went next door to Whataburger. 8/10/25 11:12pm

There was a bit of a wait at the drive through window for my order, however, the food was piping hot and fresh! Im not a fan of stale and like warm French fries so I’ll gladly wait to have my food like that! Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, this particular Wendy’s location just reeks of absolute incompetence. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve gone in there and I spoke perfect English and they couldn’t comprehend how to listen to the customer and get the order correct. Typically I get the Dave’s double with bacon. I personally can’t stand mayonnaise on a hamburger so I’ll just say, could you make sure there’s mustard and ketchup on the hamburger and no mayonnaise. Then what happens these idiots end up giving me a completely incorrect order. It’s become a standing joke. It happens regularly.

Got two Jr. cheeseburger deluxes. Burgers weren’t cooked, cheese wasn’t melted, tomatoes were lukewarm, they used the back end of lettuce instead of the green part, and everything was cold. One had only mayo the other had barely anything. Ended up throwing them away ☹️ typically day shift does so much better. Night shift what happened?

Except for the cashier, who had trouble with speaking English, this would have been rated higher. Public facing personnel really need to be conversant in American English.
Both the dining room, the floors throughout, and the restrooms could do with cleaning.

Great staff at this location. I always thank them and let them know before I leave
