This Wendy's is fantastic!
I can tell that the employees here go above and beyond.
They are so polite, my food is always fresh and prepared quickly, and both the dining room and restrooms are consistently clean.
I have seen some terrible fast food restaurants, this Wendy's is NOT one of them!

Staff is EXTREMELY rude. African American lady. I’m assuming she’s a manager, has always been nothing but rude. Her tone, her rolling her eyes. Rushing me to grab my food. She slams the window. I come here often and always have an extremely bad experience when she’s working. Everyone else his rude but she always stands out to be the most disrespectful and rude!!!
Me and my mom took my niece after school concert arpund 8pm on a Monday and were the only customers there dining in. Food was good and workers were pleasant.
She informed us that ice machine was down so she filled cups of ice for drinks and left them on the counter. However we didnt order any soda products that are a selv serve machine. we had ordered strawberry lemonade which is behind counter n has to be accessed by the employee. She kind of disappeared in the back for a few minutes So the ice cups sat there. And I kindly asked one of the kitchen workers if I could get our drinks so she grabbed other girl so she could do so. Great:) but then she also didn't give us any straws with the cups. Nothing major i know, just kind of lazy in attention to detail when we were the only customers in there. But I understand brain farts happen so I wasnt upset. But I almost felt like I was being inconvenient to her by asking for multiple things when those things were just part of the order she was forgetting haha 😄

I did not catch his name, I'm assuming he's Indian and if I'm wrong I fully apologize in advance in my assumption of his nationality. However, he's incredibly rude. I had an online pick up through the drive though and he was being short with a co worker and myself. The order was right, food was fine, but either he's fed up with his coworkers or he's fed up with customers. It was uncomfortable and awkward.

Just left the drive thru with nothing. It's 7:37 on Wednesday 12/10 & this is about the female working it tonight. First off, I sat there for a bit and was ignored. I had to say something to get any attention. Tried to order a Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe Biggie bag, which is clearly on their menu. I was told TWO TIMES it wasn't, left because I had an extremely long day & wasn't going to argue, the drive thru employee had zero customer service, poor knowledge of the menu for the restaurant they work at and a major attitude. Pulled the app up and guess what - it's available as part of the biggie bag there, as well.
Additionally, when I tried to order, she didn't ask the normal questions, like what drink or sauce I wanted. The whole thing was weird. It was clear she hated her job, people and didn't want to be there.
MANAGEMENT - DO BETTER WITH TRAINING AND HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. I live right around the corner from here and never come to this location because they can't seem to get good help. There are way too many better options that are nice to customers out there for me to ever spend another dime here.

I don’t ever write a review unless it’s nice since there is so much negative in this world but enough is enough.
Drive thru, attitude was a bit rude. Served us a frosty with it leaking all over the sides/dripping off cup no napkins! Cold fries, Cold chicken fingers. People can get sick with food once hot now cold!! This is sadly a trend of theirs. This is why we never eat here and randomly once a year we give them a go and still end up with horrible service and always cold food! Cold food should not exist in the Fast Food industry ever!! What happened to fresh, hot and fast delivery?!!

I recently went to Wendy’s, and there drive-through was terrible, no line not busy, I go there every two days and recently their drive-through guy has not been polite and has been giving out wrong orders, He put all of my orders in two big bags I ordered double stack biggie bags, five of them, for five people.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Order – November 7
Dear Wendy’s Management Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at your Wendy’s store location #3017 3450 W Greenway Phoenix 85023 on November 7 at 0826 a.m.
I visited the drive-through that morning and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. However, when I received my order, I was given a McMuffin-style sandwich instead. After realizing the mistake, I returned to the store about 10–15 minutes later to have it corrected.
When I went inside, I spoke with the same employee who had helped me at the drive-through, Julio. Instead of providing friendly service or an apology, Julio was rude and dismissive. He stated, “I helped you earlier,” in a confrontational tone and insisted that I had ordered a McMuffin, which was not true. I explained that I always order the biscuit sandwich. Despite this, he showed no professionalism or courtesy, simply placed the replacement sandwich on the counter without an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake.
This type of customer service is disappointing and far below the standard I expect from Wendy’s. I returned the incorrect sandwich and accepted the correct one, but the interaction left a very negative impact, I will not be returning to this particular Wendy’s.
I hope management will address this issue with the employee to ensure better customer service in the future.

The young man attending the drive through window this afternoon at 3:30pm on Saturday november 01 2025 totally dropped the ball. I usually have a great experience at this location but today the drive though person didnt give me my drink, didnt provide the additional ranch i had to pay for, didnt provide a straw or napkins. I had to go back into store to request everything he missed. I hope this review gives him a coaching opportunity.

I came in with my sister just to grab a quick lunch and we were greeted by what I assume to be a new cashier in Noora. she was fantastic and so sweet but i cannot say the same about the lady training her. Naressa i believe? you should NOT be in any sort of hospitality or customer service. at the end of this exchange i was so unbelievably uncomfortable on behalf of Noora. while Noora was taking our order Naressa spoke over her and i, while giving very aggressive direction in a very demeaning way. Naressa also yelled at Noora to ask my sister how to spell her name if she was unsure, so Naressa took over the order and still never asked how to spell her name and completely butchered an otherwise simple name. Pretty bad example to be showing a new employee if you ask me. coming from someone who has managed in a restaurant id expect my employees to walk out if ever faced with that kind of abuse. at the end of the day this is wendy’s and if it’s that important to you Naressa you should’ve done something more fulfilling with your life instead of beating down a girl who was easily 10 years younger than you.

I come in there to get my order replaced and ever who I spoke to in the drive through which very rude. I did not get my replacement order and then I placed another order and they still couldn't make it right. I called the manager and all she said is I'll talk to my manager in the morning about it. Didn't offer me s*** I'm really livid

Placed order on the app- customized one of the hamburgers and it was completely wrong- at the price of food nowadays, it is beyond frustrating when simple instructions cannot be followed. My meal was completely ruin - I was unable to eat it due to allergies!
