I came in with my sister just to grab a quick lunch and we were greeted by what I assume to be a new cashier in Noora. she was fantastic and so sweet but i cannot say the same about the lady training her. Naressa i believe? you should NOT be in any sort of hospitality or customer service. at the end of this exchange i was so unbelievably uncomfortable on behalf of Noora. while Noora was taking our order Naressa spoke over her and i, while giving very aggressive direction in a very demeaning way. Naressa also yelled at Noora to ask my sister how to spell her name if she was unsure, so Naressa took over the order and still never asked how to spell her name and completely butchered an otherwise simple name. Pretty bad example to be showing a new employee if you ask me. coming from someone who has managed in a restaurant id expect my employees to walk out if ever faced with that kind of abuse. at the end of the day this is wendy’s and if it’s that important to you Naressa you should’ve done something more fulfilling with your life instead of beating down a girl who was easily 10 years younger than you.

I come in there to get my order replaced and ever who I spoke to in the drive through which very rude. I did not get my replacement order and then I placed another order and they still couldn't make it right. I called the manager and all she said is I'll talk to my manager in the morning about it. Didn't offer me s*** I'm really livid

Placed order on the app- customized one of the hamburgers and it was completely wrong- at the price of food nowadays, it is beyond frustrating when simple instructions cannot be followed. My meal was completely ruin - I was unable to eat it due to allergies!

I usually go drive thru but they always get the food right, nothing missing or wrong. They have frostee's that are tasty and they are nice, soft serve ice cream.
I stopped by Wendy’s late at night after a long shift, just looking for something quick to eat. The food was alright—nothing to complain about taste-wise—but something happened that made me seriously question staying there at all.
While I was waiting for my order, I noticed the staff bleaching and mopping the floors—right in the middle of the food prep and serving area. The smell of strong chemicals in the air while people are handling food? Not a good look. It honestly made me feel uneasy about what I was about to eat. I get that cleaning is part of the closing routine, but doing it while food is still being cooked and handed out? That’s just not it.
Looking back, I should’ve just canceled the order and walked out. Cleanliness is important, of course, but there’s a time and place—and this wasn’t it. Definitely a letdown from a spot I usually count on for consistency.
Fix the lights on the order screen, and more than 1 sauce for 10 nuggets. At least the Nuggets were good and fresh, but watch out for bones.

That's definitely a McDonald's move and I'm highly disappointed that Wendy's would even consider this...
Drive thru means drive through... It doesn't mean we order and park to wait for our food while people behind get their food and drive off..

Stop parking people to wait for food it's absolutely unnecessary and a poor business model. I've been sitting out here 11 minutes for a chicken sandwich bro... Seriously wtf
The African-American woman working the drive-through is extremely rude. She has an attitude about anything you ask and talks to you as if you're an inconvenience she tries to rush you to order and has no manners. Why the drive-through or having anything to do that involves customers if she has no customer service skills. Seriously will avoid coming to this location while she is working. And from the looks of all the previous comments here and on Google, I'm not the only one complaining about her. Maybe her bosses need to have a sit down with her.
The African American lady that works the drive thru is VERY RUDE, no customer service skills at all, has attitude when asking questions and tries to hurry you up when ordering acting as if her job is an inconvenience. She needs to be kept in the back AWAY from customers. Will be driving out of the way to a further location if she’s working.

Clean, inviting, and nice staff. I always enjoy a strawberry lemonade. Wendys has been known for their frosty's, which always a great treat from time to time. I have never experienced poor service or cold food at Wendys.
Sat there for almost 20 minutes and the kid just looked at me and walked away like 6 times i aint coming back
