Stopping at 8 30 pm at the Wendy's on 27th Ave in N Phoenix did not have enough employees to fill my and several other costumer's orders. I waited a good 10 minutes before my small order was delivered to the parking lot to me. Unacceptable! They should have more help. There was only 2 or 3 employees in Wendy's at that time. Super slow!
It's a fast food place. Those are always depressing for me, mainly because there's not a lot I can eat on the menu. Salad was the saving grace here, being able to get a good salad is hard at fast food joints.
If I could give one employee a 5 star review I would!!! I'm not sure his name but he was a senior citizen and working the fryer. He was so nice and helpful when I needed something.
