Just meh. Noone in store... no ice in the soda machine? Had to ask for the ice and they were nice about it but just wasn't chill.
Food mediocre. Like I know fast food is fast food... but like no flavor. No care. Dry bread. Barely melted cheese. I used to dream of a wendys spicy chicken.
I'll be back for the frostys.

I came here late for some after work dinner. Although I came later towards their closing hours. This was the only place that was available to me and open. I have been here prior and it was not the best experience. I gave it a chance multiple times and this time just set me off. You just have people there that don’t wanna work. Young individuals that don’t wanna be there. And when I’m paying $30-$40 for fast food and I don’t get what I want or I’m paying for is not cool. I was asked to move up and park on the side because they were being timed. I asked what the purpose was for that because there was no one behind me. He said he was on a timer. I moved. And after 20 minutes. I got out of my car and had to knock on the door that was locked. After I got my food I asked for my receipt and he ripped the top of the receipt off so I wouldn’t know his name or the number to the store. This is Not Quality Fast Food!!!!!! Get people that are OK with their job and have some integrity or joy. It should not feel like a chore to go and get food. Every time I come to this place it feels like that. And my order is never right. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered two items online and got there about 15 minutes after and my order still wasn’t ready. I stood by the counter for almost 10 minutes and not once did any worker acknowledge me. It wasn’t even that busy and even when more people walked in nobody came up still to take any orders. Meanwhile the workers looked over several times but still nobody helped. I ended up having to walk out with no food

Worst Wendys ever. Gone here a few times in the last 2 months and each time they mess up the order, the food quality is awful, the staff is rude, and they takr forever even with no line. Eat somewhere else save your time and money.

I ordered breakfast and sat and ate. It was good. Then I went to wash my hands and asked to use the restroom and he said,"You can't just sit here and use the bathroom. You have to buy something." ( He took my order BTW.) I won't ever go to that Wendy's again. He was rude. But it's ok to be rude to white people.

I love the salads, & my burger was fresh and tasted great. We were the only ones actually inside the restaurant, but there were a lot of people going thru the drivethru. We waited and waited & I finally asked what was taking so long and a short, black girl came out and yelled at me saying she didnt care how long it was taking. Not friendly at all. TERRIBLE customer service, great food.

Went through the drive thru, was trying to do dine in, but they told us it was closed at 10:40 but it’s clear it says on the website they close at 1. How about update the time then. And also, tried to order the salad and they said they were out of that and tried to get the chives potato and they were out of that to. How can a restaurant be running out of food. I would honestly pay for it for them if I could. Cause how can u just let it run out

My order arrived without the beverage I paid for - I literally chased down the dasher as he was pulling away to ask about it. He said "they didn't give me a drink" - I paid EXTRA for a "specialty" drink and Wendy's did not come through. I mostly ordered this meal FOR that drink, and I'm pretty disappointed. $22 meal - no drink.
