The reason why yall have -3.6 review score bad review is because the customer service SUCKS.

From the time I ordered, the drive thru cashier had a attitude because she sounded impatient in her voice… with the deep breathing and eye rolling…because I decided I wanted a biggie bag, didn’t know that had 2 different ones! Attitude (ask me how I know, I’m who raise 3 daughters)😤..
Took my money gave me change didn’t say thank you… all to go outside to hug your boyfriend or whoever they were…, Noooooooo!
I have a problem with young adults who don’t respect customers or have good customer service.

Then after I got my food, “fries” were not fresh I went in and said…..

Customer: I asked the cashier “Can you get you manger”.

Cashier : he stated “what’s the problem”? He doing paperwork. You don’t want that?

Customer: No I need you manager to give me fresh 🍟 fries.

Manager: You don’t want the nuggets, I’m going to have to take that back (as if I’m trying to keep the old food)…😙

Customer: Um I said fresh fries, not the nuggets but since you offering, yes I’ll take fresh nuggets too. That why I came back, you can have it I don’t want this, I wanted fresh fries. 😳

Manager: it’s gone take 5 min

Customer: I don’t have anywhere to go but home . Thank you

Going to This Wendy’s as soon as I pulled up in the parking lot to pick up my Uber eats order I thought to myself I hate this Wendy’s.
But since I’m a positive person, I instantly captured that thought and said just give it a chance. And still, they never Fail failed to disappoint me.

As I’m calling to let them know my order was incorrect. I can’t even get someone to answer the phone.

And the past every time I’ve showed up to the Wendy’s the person has a rude tone in their voice, and they don’t even know me.

They’ve made me park my car and come all the way into the store before just to get my order Because it was through Uber eats, even though it was my order.

Another time they messed up my order, but the only way they would make it right as if I came back right then. I asked the manager if she could just take my name down since it was a drive away and she said they don’t do that. If you can stay clear of this, Wendy’s, I would do so!

I’m so pissed And I can’t hold it in any longer.

Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
Just because you might live in the area that deals with difficult customers doesn’t mean you take it off on the next.

I’ve definitely learned my lesson and will no longer be going back to this location

Absolutely love this place. The customer service is just impeccable. You are greeted with a warm smile and a hello. Food is always hot here. I’m hooked on the Baconator breakfast. You must try when you go and they cook real eggs and put on your sandwich. My other favorite is the Tangerine Twist. If you like tangerines and lemonade, this is the drink for you. Try them both you won’t go wrong. Thank you Wendy’s.🤗

What the hell is this Wendy's?!?! Supposed to be a new spoon. This was given to me.

I went through the drive through. The neighborhood wasn't nice, so the atmosphere suffered. I had a single with cheese, onion, and pickle. The bun was flat, the burger had little flavor and I couldn't identify the cheese (american?). The fries were hot, but must and somewhat tough. There was no catsup or salt and none was offered. I received no straw for my drink. This is not the Wendy's experience I used to have. I probably won't visit again.

Food was cold when I got it, staff didn’t seem to care to much and the some curly hair white kid that works there was buying weed or something right in front of customers. Don’t really recommend this location.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru after paying... asked to pull up and wait while they put a fresh chicken sandwich patty in... sandwich came out barely warm, and definitely the worst chicken patty I've seen on a Wendy's chicken sandwich... Tiny as well... Almost no toppings... Fries were cold... I'll never go back to this Wendy's even though it's close to my house.

Terrible food fries were old and nasty. Burgers and sandwiches were gross and cold. Customer service was the worst. I got no napkins or a receipt. They charged me over $40 for 3 combo meals. The food took forever and there was nobody else there ordering food. The girl had an attitude because they called her from outside hanging out with her boyfriend to come inside and make the food.

Overpriced and didn't taste so good!! Really salty. The entrance door was locked, the door next to it on the corner was unlocked and said use other door! Mixed messaging, what a dilemma! I should have left at that point. Bathrooms were locked(!)(?)
