Same guy wrenching food we've come to know and love. Staff are a tad bit overwhelmed though. There's this new prison box walk up window thing (you'll understand if you go there) that is completely ignored. Wasn't given all of my order so when they came back I asked for the rest of it. Five minutes later the guy comes back and asks what I'm waiting for and I tell him again. Just under five minutes later I am finally given the monstrous order of a French fry that I ordered.

Should’ve looked at comment reviews than truly believing google rating system does not match. Should be a 1 star location. Sunday afternoon Cross eyed drive thru guy had an attitude from the get go, when I wanted to add things he said no I can’t do that when the restaurant was slow. Food was awful, cold dry burgers and reheated old fries. Soda machine cold use cleaning. Hire people that want to do their job. I had to keep asking for stuff and ketchup. This guy really hates his job and shouldn’t be taken out in clients. Not client fault he’s a miserable person.

I drive a Diesel SUV gas isn't cheap. Get home and my order is missing something comeback and ask for it. Lady in back "Maria" well we don't have any to the young lady working upfront. If you know you don't have an item why not tell the person when their there the first time instead of not giving it to them or an option to get something else. Common sense is you tell them upfront and not let themget all the way home and realize it's not there right right. Oh let's not forget they won't even give me a refund.

This location is horrible. Especially at night. They have young Hispanic girls working there. They lock the pick up window door before closing. I asked why is the door locked before eight. They reply was corporate made the signs wrong. How? You mean to tell me a million dollar corporation don't have some one to proof read or something. Poor excuse is what I call it. I have never seen such horrible professionalism. They laughed and refuse to take my order. What is the point of having a pick up window when it's always locked BEFORE THE SCHEDULED HOURS. A lot of us work in the area and do not want to waste gas driving thru the drive thru. IF THIS FRANCHISE IS NOT HERE FOR THE COMMUNITY- THEN JUAT CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS AND HAVE SOMEONE ELSE IN THE SPACE THAT CAN BE HELPFUL. PLEASE and THANK YOU.

This Wendy's location is bad. I can think of a lot of words to describe it but, I don't want to be vulgar. Aside from the restaurant itself, and it's drive thru window issues, and now the front dining room being closed. The customer service is terrible. I was helped by someone named "Zaki" that's what my receipt says atleast, he wasn't wearing a name tag and didn't look at me once, just talked into his computer while he took my order. I wish I would've left before I paid. Wrote this too soon, I waited almost 10 minutes for my food, finally had to stare down the employees to get them to acknowledge me, the same one that took my order came up and asked me what he could get started for me, then after I explained to him I already ordered he asked me who took my order, so I had to tell him that he took my order and then he went back, got my food, and brought it up to me, except it was missing and item, so I had to get his attention again and remind him of my order. Again, wish I would've left before I paid. Unbelievable.

I am a second time customer at this location and I must say everything has been horrible. The staff do not really care to get the order correct the guy flat out lied to me in the drive-through of the bulletproof window and said my fries were fresh out of the fryer, but clearly they were not. He also had an attitude. , he also had an attitude and forgot all the sauces I asked for and constantly kept coming back to the window saying is there anything else is there anything else when he should’ve got it right the first time and there would’ve been nothing else, I will not be returning to this location as a customer and they should definitely be closing out of business over here. The location of the restaurant is just as bad as the service they offer. These two things go hand-in-hand for sure at this location. Shame on the corporation

I was disappointed in the small amount of chili fries in the container. its not worth the price.The prices are a bit higher than most fast food restaurants and its really a matter of preference here. They have a good menu selection and alot of soft drink options. But youre gonna spend more.

For almost 2 weeks I went their for lunch, and every day for those 2 weeks they've never listened to my order. The always messed my food up, very un pleased with how this restaurant crew handles the business its the same people working Monday- Friday between 1030am and 1130am. Try to avoid this place for your lunch

Why is this Wendy's so bad? Long wait times for short orders, incorrect orders and poor quality food are just the start. The service from the employees is nonexistent at best. I am surprised Wendy's corporate allows this store to continue to exist.

Do not go to this place!!!! The most horrible ? experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Order was wrong, food was cold. Can't go in it is locked like Fort Knox. Went back to Drive thru to correct my order. Was asked to wait around in front and they would bring it out. I wrote this review while waiting in my car for food I still have not gotten. Just going to leave. Owner and management should be ashamed to operate a business like this. But due to the area it is located, they probably feel the people don't deserve any better. Smh

I ordered food at Wendy's on 19 Ave and Glendale on 10/23/22 absolutely horrible service, extremely poor quality food. Ordered bacon Jr meals. Not only was the food just thrown in the bag, but the bacon was a pile of burned crumbs with globs of oil. Not only do I bring this to their attention they completely could care less to fix it what was wronged. The food was horrible. Showing the poor quality to them I asked for a refund as the meal was completely unacceptable. Not only was I disrespectfully refused, the Manger was even worst! They laugh at the fact they give poor quality food and yelled "Wendy's doesn't give refunds." Is this how business treats their customers to being them back..what a JOKE! Horrible quality and revolting quality in food. Having once been an employee for Wendy's its distasteful to see standards get thrown out the window. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION BY ANY MEANS.

Terrible customer service! Was asked to hurry up and pay him because he was closing. Also told I have to remove change placed on the tray and place in a small plastic dish instead because he won't do that as he handed it to me from the large metal tray which is all you see at the window except for the employees face trough a crack at the top. He never said please, just blurted at me in command fashion. I won't visit this location again.

You are better off staying home raising your own cow, butchering it, prepping and curing the meat yourself. I just finished waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through to get cold food, an incomplete order, and the wrong drink. In addition I was barely acknowledged when I pulled up to the window, and after my card was run it was just placed on the drive-through window sill. I've been a restaurant manager for 10 out of the last 12 years, and I've never seen a food service operation run so ineptly. Honestly save your time and go literally anywhere else on the planet For a quick bite to eat, cause you sure as hell won't get it here

What a shame the service is SO bad here. There is no excuse for it! My order was incomplete. No napkins, no sauce. I was told to move the food put of the way rudely while my drinks were served. He said, "you dont want your change, do you?" I noticed all of the Wendy's have LOUSY reviews. I'm done. I have been going to Wendys for over 40 years. Damned disappointing!!! Greasy, messy food. How tough is it??

Went through the drive thru at approx 715 tonight. Was handed 3 drinks and no carrier. When I asked asked one, the one I received was flimsy and as soon as I put the three medium drinks in it, it collapsed in on itself and spilled out a complete soda and part of another. Soda all over my car seats and floor. Girl at window didn't seem to know what was going on with my order, asked if I paid, I didn't receive a receipt. Overall an extremely frustrating experience. The rest of the cupholder tore apart under the liquid of the soda. Not worth the $30 we had paid in food.
