Got my sandwich pretty quickly but had to wait for my cold brew drink while watching everyone after me get their food and drinks. Redish haired employee in polo decided that it was time to count the cash drawer before getting my drink. I watched him count money then grab drinks for a family without even sanitizing or washing his hands before touching the cups. Thank you to the nice black woman for helping me after I asked another employee for help and he made no effort to do so. He had pointed to the polo boy and said “you have to ask him”. Terrible service from most of staff. Tall guy with short dark hair clearly needs more service training.

Wendy’s in airport on Feb 28 by gate b8, kids ate there and got food poisoning by the time they landed back in DSM.

Really good quick breakfast in-between flights. Other than the lady ignoring me when she forgot half our order, the guy at the register was hilarious, and some of the best service from a Wendy's in a while. Thanks ?

Orders are not managed correctly. Used the kiosk - had two people deliver parts of the order. No cheese on the sausage, egg, AND cheese sandwich. Mostly, the staff seems indifferent to customers - just trying to make it through the day. Not a typical Wendy's.

Nichole was extremely rude, cussing at the employee that was trying to take my order and when I paid she told the girl taking my order to finish doing something else and called her stupid. Disgusting display of abuse that is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Wanted to order Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe, they don't have it. Wanted to also order the Vanilla Cold Brew coffee, they also don't have it. Asked for ketchup for my fries, waited until they called out 3 other customers orders when they could have just reached RIGHT under the counter on front of them. Employees were standing around as if they didn't know what to do and more than half of them were very rude, no so much as a smile on their face. If you hate your job that much and can't wait to rush out of there at closing, then maybe they need to find a different job! At this point, almost afraid to eat my food!

The dark girl with piercings on her lips is rude and inconsiderate. She clearly doesn't know customer service, not one bit. She can't even smile, I'm guessing she hates her job that much. Good thing I'm never going back to that location.

The most **incompetent**, unprofessional team I've ever seen. They were only accepting orders through their tablet and it wasn't working. The cashier was sitting there watching as the Wendy's app just kept crashing on their tablet & would accept payment but not place an order for the customers. I tried to pay with cash and they sat there dumbfounded like they had never seen cash before in their life. I left, no food and 30 minutes of wasted time. It would've been fine had any of the team members even tried to help or explain the situation to their customers. It was like none of them worked there but somehow ended up behind the counter.

Cashier Jose was very kind. Excellent customer service. The airport is a busy location and he was efficient and professional. Employee calling people for their order made sure each customer received their food before walking away and just letting it sit there.

Gave them another chance and once again they failed to open on time. 5 min after they are supposed to open they say they can't because one of their employees is late. Pathetic customer service here. Just go to McDonalds instead

We had the kindest staff serve us. The cashier was patient as we looked if a discount we had on our app would work. She gave it to us regardless! Then the guy calling out the names was happy. Made the doldrums of standing in a line for airport fast food worth it. So nice to see a team working together well. Thank you!
