I've had to eat fast food a couple of times recently and none of it was good. Thought I might get lucky...third time's a charm...but nope. This is just as bad as the rest. I'm definitely done with fast food. I will wait until I get home.

Interesting area- pretty sketchy. Food was alright- a little step up from McDonald’s. Their spicy ketchup is great! Service was nice but incredibly slow seeing as we were the only ones in the dining room. Very old and not well kept up restaurant!

Waited in the Drive-Thru for about 20 minutes, when I got home the food was sloppy the strawberry shake they did not mix the syrup it had a terrible taste, the employee at the drive-thru window was not friendly at all, I will not return to that Whataburger on 7th Street and
i don’t want to fault the whole store for the service i received from one person, but unfortunately the cashier i had the misfortune of interacting with was incredibly rude. i was picking up an order and he quite literally rolled his eyes in my face. when the food was ready, he shoved the bags into my arms without a word. listen, i know customer service isn’t a coveted career but come on man

Clean place and friendly employees. I didn't have to wait to order, but the restaurant was kept tidy. The only bad thing I'd have to say is my bun was not warm at all, and after receiving my food... they charge for ranch. Seriously? I haven't been to Whataburger in years! I didn't pay cash, and I wasn't going to run my card for ranch. This location is not in a great area as there are a lot of homeless people around, but the restaurant and bathrooms were clean!
