My first time trying this place want to see what the hype was about with in n out but The service was good can't complain but the food I waited at least 20 minutes and the food was barely warm the food was trash can't see what the hype is about in n out is way better!

Ordered online and nothing was ready when I arrived. Kitchen staff were telling the manager they didn’t know how to cook the order and there were six people working. There was nobody inside and an occasional drive thru. Food came out cold (not cooked thoroughly). First and last time we will eat at any whataburger.

This was me and the Mrs. first time visiting whataburger. We decided to take a trip to see what the hype was and if whataburger was better then in and out burger. The experience was great far as customer service now the food on the other hand was a different story. We waited about 20 minutes for our food which was barely lukewarm. To me in and out tastes wayyyy better however the patty melt in my opinion is better then the whataburger and the whatachicken is ok. The cookie wasn't to good however the brownie tastes great!
I'm giving this 5 star review mainly because of the stellar customer service we've recieved every time Josue has been on the headset or at the drive thru window. This young man is professional, friendly and on top of his customer service skills!!!! This young man deserves a raise because this type of quality performance is hard to come by nowadays, especially in the food service industry!!! Thank you, Josue for caring enough to offer stellar customer service! Keep it up! ??
