Around 2pm I ordered a few menu items and realized I had some uncooked items but was too busy with work to call back, at 7pm I called and this very respectable a man named Jacob responded, I told him how I received a few uncooked items and he was VERY understanding and told me to come in and I’ll have my menu items remade completely free, thank you so much! Will be coming back to this location 100% , I am one happy customer:)

I really enjoy Whataburger. Their food is fairly good for being a fast food joint. I've always received my food hot and cooked well. They are pretty efficient at serving and wait time is normally pretty short. I really enjoy your fountain drink is self-serve. I also really enjoy their spicy ketchup. Overall it is a fast food so set your expectations for fast food, but it is better than many of its competitors.

⏰Whataburger just became more time consuming for me, even with the convenience of prepaying with an app. Don't know what the problem is? There's been at least four incidences of time long waits for my burger: drive through, dine-in, even pick up. Haha! This time I got an apology! But five groups of people got their burgers. Thank you young lady, bcuz management didn't do it, lol. I may switch burger preferences. I couldn't stay and eat time ran out.
