Lady at window was extremely rude. Wednesday 23rd of September 2026 9pm. Then our order was not right and we went back through to even more rude. I don't like leaving bad reviews but my wife said I should say something.

I had a great experience at Whataburger! Steph was very nice, friendly, and provided really good customer service. She was helpful, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. Employees like her really make a difference! 😊 I definitely appreciate the great service and will be coming back!

Had breakfast here before work and ordered a Breakfast on a Bun with hash brown sticks. The sandwich came out warm and the hash browns had a really nice crunch. Coffee was good and I barely had to wait for anything. Staff was welcoming even though it was pretty early. Great way to start my morning.
