I always get an extra side of mustard. I love there mustard. They seem to struggle with that . I've tried rephrasing, it. But notoriously, they will put all of the mustard on the side. And it happens more often now that they have opened up so many new stores.

They should fire the manager at this store. I sat in a drive-thru lane as one car after another pulled up in the other lane, and I never got my order, to the point that I had to back out of the drive-thru lane. What a nightmare!

Absolutely such a great location with the best staff in all of AZ! 😆 My wife and I ate here for breakfast burgers after a recent doctors appointment and we had an awesome time! The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant was clean and items were well stocked. The music playing I'm the dinning room was appropriate for all ages & genre. Our food came out fresh and hot. 😋 Our order was accurate and delicious. Next time we're in Paradise Valley we're definitely coming back!! 👏🏾

Whataburger is one of our favorite places to eat. I like the Tatum location. They are fast and always get our order right. It's nice that they have the option to substitute the sides on their meal deals. The food is always fresh and hot, plus delicious.

The store was clean, bathroom are a bit dim, i did not like that you can buy a food and a drink eat it in your car, but you cannot come back in to get a refill. The ketchup packets tasted weird.
