Honestly it's not my favorite I've tried the bacon cheeseburger Jalapeño burger Plain burger Chicken sandwich and thus far the meat has a weird seasoning to it I don't particularly enjoy it but my siblings do The chicken is very boring taste very bland
Customer service is almost perfect since we been going here and that's very occasionally maybe even twice a week 😅

Normally don't have a problem with this place but the last two times I've come in here. I don't know what it is, but the people that working there do not want to help walk-in customers. Where they're just not paying attention. The last time I came in I got nothing but an attitude from the guy who was making the order that I was picking up. I don't know why. Tonight the guy charged me for a large chocolate malt when I asked for a medium and gave me a medium chocolate malt so he charged me for a large and gave me a medium. The service here sucks the food's still good but the service here sucks

The food was good, usually it's always good. And usually we always get it at the drive threw, but this time we had a whole group of family, so we ate inside on Thanksgiving Day. This place was clean and the service was excellent, especially with our big group, the cashier was super patient and completely nice.

Whatabuger is a must stop for us when traveling in Arizona,Texas or New Mexico. The wife says tbe Chicken Strips are super with Texas toast and gravy on the side. I like the Double Cheese burger with fries. We love consistency we find at Whatabuger across several states. Knowing it will always be tasty and hot brought right to your table along with all the accutrements you need to enjoy your meal. Great service.
