I do my best to avoid interacting with wingstop employees they are never very friendly. I will order online. BUT today I had no choice but to order at the register and the had sweetest person help me. She was so friendly and kind. My order was 10046 and the amazing young lady was Jada. She made my experience pleasant.

Don’t come at shift change 320/330. It has been an hour and we still don’t have our food. Everyone working is young and there is no adult supervision. They care more about their chores than making food. The whole lobby is full and no food has come out for over 40 minutes.

I waited for half an hour for my food because the workers were socializing with eachother instead of making food. My food was cold by the time they handed it to me. The costumer service was horrible, one employee in particular named peaches was rudely handing people their orders. Terrible worth ethics, will never go again.

Food looks gross ? it was rushed doesn’t look edible worst manager can’t even run a team right if you go to that location their name is Melissa if you see her working, do not go there I called to let them know about my food. They told me to call back in the morning then I had asked who I was talking to they put me on hold I’m guessing because they didn’t know their name or they had to get permission to say their name but they had me on hold thinking that I was going to hang up when they came back to the phone they hung up on me and never got back to me.
Very very bad service. The wings were cold and the sauce on the wings is not how it's supposed to taste. Seems like they need new management and all to be re-trained. I definitely would not recommend, this location is terrible.

I went into this location when the app said my order has been done for a few minutes already. I went inside and my order was not ready. I waited for 40 minutes to get my food. Apon getting my food, it was cold, the wings were not made correctly. I don't know what kind of sauce they put on the wings but it definitely was not what I ordered. I also was supposed to get 3 things of ranch with my order and didn't receive any of them. It seems to me that the employees here are careless and are getting paid to stand around and play kitchen when apparently none of them have been trained correctly. By far the worst service I have ever had at wing stop. I would not recommend going to this location to anyone. I would rate negative stars if that was possible.

Customer service at this location is pretty bad. On two separate occasions, I went to pick up my order and the person behind the counter made it seem like it was still being made but it was actually sitting on the counter getting cold while I waited. The wings were good though.

This place is not sanitary at all. They don't wear hairnets. They don't use bleach or soap to clean their utensils, and they don't wash their chicken before cooking it. It goes from the bag to the grease. This is what makes you sick. Also the male manager smells and was yelling at other workers in such a rude manner. Also not wearing a hairnet.

Well first of all if I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Tonight was a terrible night I had witness I believe a manger getting in one of the cashiers face talking down on her nudging her. I saw the little girl or cashier walk away and started crying. This was awful to witness . The girl who made her cry was a tall white female with long hair and glasses on. something should be done because she should not be talking on her or making her cry. Will not be visiting again!!!!
