Don’t come at shift change 320/330. It has been an hour and we still don’t have our food. Everyone working is young and there is no adult supervision. They care more about their chores than making food. The whole lobby is full and no food has come out for over 40 minutes.
horrible place to buy food. They are on their cell phones all the time, playing or talking to each other, it seems like they don't have a manager. They take 20-30 minutes to cook an order.

I do my best to avoid interacting with wingstop employees they are never very friendly. I will order online. BUT today I had no choice but to order at the register and the had sweetest person help me. She was so friendly and kind. My order was 10046 and the amazing young lady was Jada. She made my experience pleasant.
