Ordered doordash from here last night and ended up getting food poisoning.

I ordered off the wing stop app for delivery as I do Atleast once a week from this same wing stop and I hardly have food issues (most of the my calls to them are about my dasher stealing food .)but this time my wings were undercooked . And I was missing a piece of my corn from my meal. I call them back and explained the issue to the general manager . He was combative . He cut me off constantly. He would only remake the food but not contact door dash to resend the food even though I know that they can have the food sent out again ( I don’t have a car or that wouldn’t be a problem . ) He then refused to refund me because he didn’t get the food back ? I’m confused I ordered on DoorDash so how was I supposed to ensure all my food was right . I’m highly upset ill take my 30 dollar order to a different wing stop from now on ?

i came in yesterday and didn’t have a great experience when going home to eat the food i picked up, my boyfriend called the restaurant to let them know the situation, GM Mario heard us which i appreciate very much and completely made it better by offering us a remake on our order for the next day that was 11/10, even though the team had a rush the food was at a great temperature, tasted fresh and crisp, when picking up the remake i was given great customer service from a new team member named Dakota (i hope that’s his name, he was in training 11/7/2024 around 6:03p.) the manger training him was also great, heard my experience and made sure i was taken care of along with the other rush of people that came after me. even though Dakota and the manager training him weren’t there during my pick up yesterday they still apologized for my experience and hoped the remake was a better experience, it was and i appreciate it very much. ??
This is THE wing stop to hit up if you’re in town! Everything tastes so fresh. The fries, the wings, so so crispy! We asked for extra wet and they delivered. (High Key, I am medicated on the rec and this is definitely the spot for some munchies ;P) But nonetheless, these guys deserve a raise. Keep it up! :D

My family and I placed an online order through Uber eats and since we don’t do social media, I’d like to say thank you to the staff for going the extra mile. A simple gesture like that keeps your customers coming back. It’s hard to find good service these days. The food was bomb, keep up the good work! Thanks Pricilla!

Phoenix is a car dependent city. There is a lack of comfortable seating. They do not make it easy to pickup the wings without having to interact with the hideous surrounding environment. They would benefit from curbside pickup with a marginal seating area. On the other hand they could opt for a comfortable seating area akin to a Texas Roadhouse. It doesn’t know what it wants to be.

Placed a 1045 am pickup time as shown on the website - even if the wings werent ready I would have been ok waiting. Team members complained saying it was our fault for ordering at opening time, and said who orders this on game day this early? Seriously? Either change your pickup window or improve staff operations.
All forgivable, but when the team members give my daughter attitude for literally placing a pickup order is just bad management.
Please improve this store for the brand's sake.

Wingstop is about the slowest restaurant out there. Adding to that is the continual assault on my integrity when I must both sign in and then have a witness to confirming delivery a pickup. You guarantee I will never return as a customer.

Staffs were kind, but food was just okay. Price was competitive and affordable in comparison to other wing places.
Ordered wings and cheesy fries. I specifically asked for ranch online and asked in person when I got there if they had put the ranch in my bag. They said yes and I left. Once I opened my bags at home, there was no ranch whatsoever and there was about 3 drops of cheese on my cheesy fries along with the fries almost all being brown and burnt. What a waste of money. I will not be ordering from here again.

Just order wings and waited exact 35 minutes they were 5 employees working still waited over they expected time I receive my order and took it home to find out the wings weren’t cook threw and very oily not very saucey at all. Waisted time and waisted money very not happy at all don’t order from here!!!!!
