Deeply disappointed. Placed an online online order during week, said 16-20min wait for order. Showed up about 15min, figured I’d wait 5-10min. Over 40 minutes later my order came out. There was 6 people working there, but only 3 were actually working. There was no sense of urgency and a massive miss in customer service.
