My order was delivered to the wrong house. I called the driver minutes after the "delivery". He was outsourced by Pizza Hut through Door dash and said he had 2 addresses. The address he delivered to was never my address but the other one he had was mine. He went back to the house and the food was gone and no one was answering the door. After trying several times to get in contact with someone at the store they finally picked up. The man that answered was apologetic and put me on hold to speak to the manager. He came back and said the manager just spoke to someone about it (maybe the dasher) and they were going to remake the order and get it out. 50 min later I called and a female answered. I asked about our food and she said they forgot to remake it but they were starting it now. At this point it had been 2 hours since I ordered our food so I asked for a refund and to not deliver it. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager which was a shock to me. She refused to refund the entire amount with tip and said I would need to speak to the GM if I wanted the tip back too, but he was not going to be in for a week. She was rude, unapologetic, unprofessional, and has no customer service skills. The man I spoke to during the first call (Robert or Roger) who I believe is a delivery driver actually called back and was very apologetic. He should be the manager. Not the other person I spoke to.

Thank You to the 1 gal taking orders and delivering everything yesterday, my order was scheduled for 11:30 pm when I ordered at 8:30 because everyone had the same idea and only 1 person was there to make deliveries and answer phones!!! Thank you! I hope you were tipped well!

This location has excellent customer service, the manager goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and they’re always on time highly recommend it.
