This is coffee as it was meant to be experienced. Made with care by someone who cares about their craft. Is there a wait? Yes. Good things take time. This is one woman, doing something that she's extremely good at, at a pace that guarantees quality. As a long time barista myself, I have incredible respect and appreciation for this coffee shop, and it has quickly become my favorite coffee shop in the city.
