We recently dined at Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar in Phoenix, and Bella was our waitress. She provided exceptional service to our party of 10 and impressively managed two other large groups simultaneously. Despite the busy environment, Bella remained attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and her positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. Bella made our evening memorable!

What's frustrating is that Zinburger is either epically great or epically bad. I ate here a couple of weeks ago with friends for lunch and it was fantastic. I went tonight with my family for dinner and it was very disappointing. We sat around 4:30pm and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Our server came by to take drink orders and I also ordered 2 baskets of fries and 2 baskets of onion rings for the table. The drinks came out slowly over the next 20 minutes. My daughter got the wrong flavor milkshake. I called someone to the table and they went to fix it. It took 35 minutes for the fries and onion rings to hit the table, but we weren't offered any plates. We asked and got them. About 5 minutes later our burgers/sandwiches came. This was a little irritating as we had just gotten the “appetizers.” The food was good. One thing that kind of bugs me, and not sure why this happens, but the bottom buns tend to disintegrate with their burgers. But other than that, the food was great. So good food, lackluster service. Also, after I got up, I realized that I sat in ketchup that was in my chair and I didn't see it before I sat down. So ok, but not a great night. Like I said, I've had great experiences in the past. I just wish they were more consistent. I keep going there because I really like them. Hopefully next time is better.

While we were a Larger party of 11, I didn't expect a 6 pm reservation to end at 8:15 for some burgers and fries. Even ordering drink refills took a significantly long period of time. Nice place, but awful service for just a burger.

Management doesn’t set up servers for success. Understaffing leads to poor service but Zinburger only cares about money at the end of the day. Food is fine but it takes forever for someone to come to your table. Forget about a drink refill. You should order everything at one time because you don’t when the server will come back.
But it’s not the servers fault!! This is totally on general management.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here Saturday while celebrating my sons birthday. We arrived around 3pm and they were not busy. We waited and waited just for a server to take our drinks. 2 different servers came over to us and apologized and said they would find us a server. Appetizers took forever to arrive and so did our food. Our server barely checked on us and we never got drink refills. My burger was completely soggy on the bottom of the bun, falling apart, sloppy, and flavorless. Wings were rubbery. We left pretty disappointed after spending $130 plus tip. Not the Zinburger in the past that we are used to.

Great experience! Had their lettuce cups with ahi poke etc on happy hour for $10. It was delicious and enough for a meal. Veggie burger forget that. Parmesan truffle fries ok but it was string fries. We had a wonderful dinner with great service. Would definitely come again for the lettuce cup poke and regular burgers
The food was good and the staff was very nice! The burger was a little undercooked for what I asked for but the flavor was great. The fries on the side were great also!
