Maggie was our server!! We have been to the Scottsdale location many times and our service is always slow and our orders are never correct. Maggie was so kind and attentive!!! Our food was sooo yummy & our orders were correct!!! The food came out so quickly!!! We will be coming back to this location again & again!!! Maggie was awesome!!! Zinburger delivered an amazing burger experience! The meat was juicy, perfectly cooked, and paired wonderfully with their truffle fries. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Great selection of drinks too. It’s definitely a go-to spot for quality burgers and a chill vibe.

I went there during happy hour which does have discounted pricing on some of their drinks and food. I was pleasantly surprised that they do have Gluten-Free hamburgers buns. I ordered the El Diablo Burger and it as ao delicious!! You could taste the poblano peppers and just enough of a spicy kick. I'm already looking forward to the next time I go there, I'm inclined to have the same burger since it was so good but curious if the other birthdays are as good. The only thing is that I wish it came with fries or some kind of a side, but you have to order that separately. I said at that bar and the ambiance was good.

I consider the Zin Burger the best burger in the valley. Toss in a flavored milkshake and share a side. It is the best. Service is always great.

Had the Zinburger. Very tasty but it fell apart right away so I had to eat it with a fork. Good flavor throughout. Zucchini fries had a great taste but no structure to the fry so a little harder to eat. service was good. Restaurant is clean. I’d come back for sure.
This was our first time there. We had two happy hour drinks (Sangria and Frose), ordered green chili fries, and had two burgers—one Smashburger and one Zinburger. The fries were okay, less awesome than the description, and came out fast before the drinks. The drinks took time, even though we were sitting near the bar. Burgers took roughly 15 minutes to arrive after the fries. The server didn't come to ask if we wanted a second round of drinks. A manager did, and one glass of wine was ordered. It was also slow to arrive. We waited quite a while for our check to be dealt with. The server did apologize for the slow service. Perhaps Fridays are not the best time to have dinner there?

Yesterday was not as solid of an experience as I'm used to with this restaurant. Everbody was friendly as usual, but the service staff seemed overwhelmed and frazzled. They were clearly trying, but just something seemed off. Things like my starter coming at the same time as my entrée (which has never happened before). My food being dropped off without being asked if I needed anything else (which has happened every other time). Sitting with empty drink glasses for sometime until somebody came over that I could ask for a refill. I can't stress enough, how friendly everybody still was but the level of service that I'm used to at this restaurant just was not there last night. The food though was still quite good.

We recently dined at Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar in Phoenix, and Bella was our waitress. She provided exceptional service to our party of 10 and impressively managed two other large groups simultaneously. Despite the busy environment, Bella remained attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and her positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. Bella made our evening memorable!
