I was disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. The restaurant was almost empty, even though it was a weekend, so it did not appear that staff were overwhelmed or too busy. Unfortunately, our waitress was inattentive and did not check on our table regularly.
A delicious burger place in Biltmore fashion park! I highly recommend the eponymous Zinburger, which has red wine caramelized onions on it. The prominent wine flavor combines with the beef and cheese they use very nicely.
Can recommend the loaded cheesy fries, they weren't stingy with the toppings and the fries came out crispy!

I got the California grilled chicken burger but the chicken was so unflavoured. I had to dip in ranch for some flavor, it was so bland but I finished it. My son and Mom really enjoyed their food, the zucchini frys were amazing though.
