Had the buffalo wings temp hot. They weren't too spicy and excellent and the Philly cheese steak roll were okay. Great and fast service.

We were nearby eating pizza and afterwards wanted to stop somewhere for some wings and a few drinks. I’ve only been to a Zipps one other time at a location in Glendale and it wasn’t for us, but we saw this spot and it looked busy and a much better vibe so we stopped in. We were greeted right away which was good and were able to sit at a booth with a few of our kids. Our waitress was friendly and attentive our entire visit. We ordered the wings hot and she informed us they can’t take them back if too spicy so she wanted to make sure we would still like them hot. It sounds like a lot of people can’t handle heat and don’t eat them. I also ordered their chip salad. Both came out pretty quick. The wings were so good. Not overly sauced, crispy and the wings weren’t event that hot. I’m a bit of a sissy and I’d say they were more mild than anything. The salad was okay, but mostly just iceberg and some bacon crumbles. It was crisp and cold. Vibe is fun. It’s a sports bar so lots of TVs and pretty loud. Parking was easy, but can fill up quick. It’s a very busy parking lot.

A close friend of our family loves this place & introduced us to it. We have come a dozen or more times in the last 2 years. Never had a bad experience. Staff is very friendly & professional. Food is yummy.

Came in to have a drink and food with my friend as we were having a long day. So I tried to use my MOBILE APP ID and they said no. So I asked to speak to a manager the manager comes over and is just real rude. When the manager leaves he goes to waitress and they share a laugh about the situation. Would not recommend this location at all. Never coming back.

An unbelievably terrible experience. I called and placed a take out order tonight (12/30). I arrived and sat at the bar, the bartender (he had dark hair and a broken arm or something), didn’t acknowledge that I was sitting at the bar for several minutes. When he came over I told him I’m here to pick up my order and when I opened the togo box to make sure it was correct, he somehow got a simple order wrong (when I placed the order, I told him I had an allergy). He didn’t seem to care and did not apologize for the mistake. They remade it, I waited another 10 minutes and they MESSED UP AGAIN. I didn’t realize they messed up the remake until I got home because only an idiot would get a very simple order wrong twice. Mind boggling… who is training these people??

5 out of 5 for us. We roll in unannounced with 9 including a 2 year old. The establishment was moderately busy but we were greated by friendly inviting staff immediately. They quickly made seating arrangements for us including a high chair. Christian was our assigned server and couldn't have been any more friendly, inviting and professional then he was. He got us all drinks right away and after he answered a bunch of questions about the menu, he took our orders. The menu was loaded with unique options as well as commonly found items. Christian was very knowledgeable about the menu items and didn't get annoyed at all about all the questions. The food came out quickly, large portions of what seemed to be home made food packed full of flavor and everything on the menu was fairly priced. Christian kept our drinks full and kept check on us without being over bearing. The establishment was large, clean and very well kept, including the restrooms. Can't say enough good things about about this Zipps or Christian. Awesome experience to say the least.
