I stopped in the other day. Lots of activity in the kitchen. I stood at the counter for more than five minutes without a single person saying anything to me. I figured they didn't need my business, so I walked out. I will never bother to stop there again.

Best shakes ever. Liked funny signs, old photos, etc. People very friendly. Live 3 hours away and thinking of reasons to go that way again so we can try the food...with the shakes!

First time customer here .We arrived at the drive through window& placed a simple order after navigating around numerous empty cars & dumpster trying to get to drive through window. The girl taking our order asked me to pull around which I did . I parked at the side of the building thinking someone would brinour food . I saw people coming & going .in & out of the building . 45 minutes later I called on the phone & the person said they would bring our order out . The server told me next time I needed to go back through the drive through to pick up our food . I am disabled & did not desire to go into the cramped lobby to be given our food .
Edit: Lowering my score because the cashier told me the price was $10.75, and just checking my bank account just now, they actually charged me $11.15. I know places have cash vs card prices, but secretly charging me a bit more is not okay! Gotta be upfront with the prices! I'm sure it was unintentional, but please be mindful.
Great food. The bean flauta was very tasty and super fresh and hot. The chocolate shake was VERY tasty, will get that again for sure! So chocolatey! My friend enjoyed her chicken sandwich. The prices were a little too high, but fortunately they give big portions, which is great! Unfortunately, though, no combos seem to be offered. The fries and ranch was tasty and not a bad price, though! The parking lot was structured strangely; no obvious parking spots. Will come again for that tasty chocolate shake!
