My favorite Mexican restaurant in the Safford/Thatcher/Central/Pima area. Cilantro and raw onions make me sick, so it can be hard for me to find Mexican restaurants I can eat at, but I have no problem here. They let me get the pico on my burrito without the onion in it. And they're not always available, but the horchata and jamaica are awesome.
The best Mexican food in Pima/Thatcher/Safford! I love their Birria tacos and tamale plate special. They're a five minute drive from our house so it's hard not to always want to eat here but if I could I so would!
