“This restaurant has pizza made in a genuine large pizza oven delivered from Italy. The pizza is as good as a pizza gets. The sandwiches are large and delicious. I have been several times and am always pleasantly surprised about the quality of food. The owner / Chef reminds me of the old days when people cared and were friendly. He’s as nice and genuine as a person can be. If you’re in Safford or looking to take a road trip for some great food. Stop at Fancy’s. Bring an appetite or a friend to share with. It’s not a chain which is big in my book!Parking: Parking is to the south or on the Main Street.”

“Camping nearby at Roper Lake state park. Of course my wife has to find a bakery. Tiny doesn't begin to describe it. The customer area is about the size of a queen mattress. We got a freshly made roast beef sandwich on a croissant, a fruit tart and coconut bar. Had a snack by the lake. The croissant was super buttery. Can't possibly be good for you. Best sandwich ever. The two ladies are super friendly and helpful, I have no idea how they keep up. Place was packed when we were there at 10am. Absolutely worth a stop.Parking: Parking lot only holds about 4 cars so plan to park on street.”

“The Indian Taco is amazing! We also had a Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chip Cookie, and a Cinnamon Roll with Cream Cheese Frosting and Nuts. But most of all, the folks there are incredibly friendly and welcoming! Well worth the drive for us from Florence and we'll be visiting Meg's again for sure!!”

“They have light delicious crepes AND gluten free authentic French crepes. Sundays only!! 8am til 1pm. You can choose your own ingredients or from their select crepes menu. From Smores crepes, bananas with caramel and sweet cream plus many more. Mine was sweet cherries with sweet cream filling and fresh whip cream on top. My husband had a savory regular crepe of eggs, sausage green chile, cheese and diced red potatoes. Both of our crepes were huge and delicious. Maple syrup and salsa as compliments. They've got gourmet champagne flights and a Bloody Mary bar all on Sundays open 8 am until 1 pm. Best gluten-free breakfast ever! They also have other breakfast items and a full, fresh, roasted coffees, lattes and the usual. They have a cute adjoining market with flavored vinegars and olive oils you can taste them all, and a craft market store full of great kitchen items and other non kitchen gifts.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crepes!!”

“What these people do here is beyond amazing. I absolutely love that they employee special needs and let them be involved in the important aspects of the restaurant. They wait tables, bus and I saw they were doing a little cooking. I have an autistic son, and we felt accepted here, there was no judging or staring as we sat and ate our food. My son was able to be his complete authentic "au-some" self and it was so pleasantly enjoyable.I want to thank these wonderful employees for the great work they do and their love and compassion for those with special needs. You can truly tell they care about those that work for them. The manager is a truly wonderful woman!”
