Great lunch today at PT. Derek was our server. He made us feel welcome. The food was excellent and the atmosphere too. Pine Tavern has stepped up their game! If you haven’t stopped in lately, give them a try.
Holy Moly!!! This was a sweet surprise! I cannot express the upscale quality of that cob salad! Never had one so lovingly made with such top drawer ingredients. Perfectly grilled applewood bacon, crumbled into delicious nuggets, and plenty of it. True quality creamy blue cheese pieces, grilled corn, perfectly sliced egg, fanned out gorgeous avocado slice, actual ripe generous cherry tomatoes with pink pickled onion slices! All on a bed of real garden medley greens and topped...
Do one thing and do it right, they do burgers. They have more, but we had burgers. The burgers are a good size and cooked to order. Nice and juicy. The fries are top knotch. They cook them well, but the onion rings were even better. Great coating, well cooked, NOT greasy, and you could still taste the onion. The milk stout and Alaskan Amber on draft were perfect.
