3 stars is being generous. The food wasn't great, and the service was not any better. It's a good place to smoke a cigarette & have a drink, I'll give it that. But the dining experience was disappointing.
My husband and I are new to the mountain and we love to eat out, we have been to Charlie Clark's a few times and have never been disappointed. The food is soooo good, love the atmosphere on the enclosed porch area, and my favorite dish is chicken fried chicken with mash potatoes smothered in white gravy, it's to die for, my husband's is the Prime Rib and enjoys every bite.
