We do recommend El Patron but we had a bad experience recently.
My wife and I picked up an order to go consisting of Chicken flautas and Enchilada a La Crema chicken.
We had to throw everything in the trash because the entire order tasted like fish. It was absolutely disgusting and very disappointing because we have had good food there before. In fact, El Patron is normally our go to in Pinetop.
Luckily, we only ate a small amount and did not get sick.
Good food nice atmosphere
At lunch we were the only ones in the restaurant and pathetic service. Food was mediocre.
