For the entire day after my partner ate at this restaurant she was vomiting every 20 minute and had headaches all day. She had a shredded chicken burrito with cream cheese on top. Will never eat here again.

Had a fantastic meal at El Rancho Restaurant in Pinetop! I ordered the chicken taco and enchilada combination, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. What really stood out was the fresh salsa—bursting with flavor and topped with chopped green onions that gave it the perfect fresh crunch. The food tasted homemade, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food in the White Mountains, El Rancho is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back again soon!

Food is excellent! Had taco salad with shredded green Chile beef! Hubby had combo with green Chile and Taco. He said was delicious. The best cheese crisp with green Chile sauce on top! Was next level! Plus we brought our service dog and they made him a plane hamburger from fresh ground beef! Oh the chips and salsa all hand made and delicious! Very affordable on top of all that! Best Mexican food restaurant in the white mountains!

The place was not very friendly to begin with. Got our food extremely fast, it all tasted rancid and I have a random chip on my plate that looks half eaten. My boyfriend’s shredded beef was absolutely diabolical smelling. He’s convinced it’s dog food. Never had this bad of food at a restaurant in my life definitely won’t be returning ever.

I’d like to add that after leaving right after getting our food and not touching it we were never addressed on the issue. It was more avoided by dropping and grabbing the check quickly without a word.

Nasty expensive food. Chicken tasted like rubber. Came in for the first time and will not be coming back. 18 bucks for a small cheese enchilada? I'll go up the street to Mr Zeekes and have a real meal next time. I doubt this place will still be open in 5 years. It was so gross.
