This place is a hidden gem that will not disappoint. We have been coming here since they opened. The service is top notch and it is very apparent that they enjoy their jobs. The food is fresh and fantastic! Each dish we have had has great flavor and presentation is appealing.
Tonkotsu Ramen that does not come with a split egg in it? Wow! $16.00 for a bowl of Ramen soup, they charge $3 extra for the egg to be included in what normally and traditionally has egg in it. I will say the pork Chashu was properly cooked and tasted very good, the noodles were on point as well, the broth is as good as you could possibly expect I guess in a small town like this. Shocked by how good and fresh the raw salmon was! I hate fishy, but the salmon was heavenly! I learned they get the whole fish shipped in to maximize flavor, what it is, it works! Service was small town friendly. Prices seemed based on how low they can go will staying in business versus the idea of charging as much as you can get away with.
