Canton Dragon Chinese Cuisine

Building looks nice front the outside so I had been curious for over a year. We ordered the Canton special dinner for three of us. The appetizer it includes looks very impressive and is very generous as far as the portion since. But it seemed very bland to us. For entrees we ordered general tso, and sesame chicken. I wouldn't recommend them. So much breading. And also very bland. I hate to say it, but even Panda Express is better. Other people in the restaurant seemed to be enjoying their meals so it's always a matter of individual taste. Our server however was definitely lacking. He seemed bothered and not at all attentive. Maybe he was having a bad day?

We haven't tried eating here because of the poor reviews. However we decided to give it a try. Quiet... Very relaxing. Service was exceptional and the food was extraordinary. Wonderful visit. This will be one of our go to for family dinner. Thank you!

Very rude and extremely overpriced. For this you can just have Panda Express that has more flavor

This is a gem of a place and best Chinese food on earth. Friendly efficient service. Our kids take me here while visiting them in Prescott AZ and if I lived there I would make sure this would be my go to place every week. Excellent service for dining in or out.

This is a hit and miss restaurant. I think you should go early in the afternoon because people in Prescott Valley eat early I think three or 4 o’clock if you can get it after 6 o’clock don’t bother.

We have been to Prescott Valley so many times and have never tried this place.....wow, we missed out. The food is amazing!! We tried the Crispy Chicken(similar to Orange chicken)the Chicken Satay(amazing) and the Combo Chow Mein....crowd pleaser. The service was great and the Long Island i ordered was surprisingly good. Highly recommend.

The old man doesn't understand what doordash is and if your waiting in the parking lot for your order he gets pissy and tells you to leave

Last time I will visit CANTON DRAGON!!!!!! I WENT IN TO ORDER SHRIMP FRIED RICE and I was told I could only order lunch. I ordered the MOO GOO GAI PAN and requested white rice. The rice was cold and the older guy said DO YOU WANT ME TO PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE????? NO I DONT WANT YOU TO PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE ( COULDN'T BELIEVE HE EVEN SAID THAT, AFTER BRINGING THE RICE I SPOONED SOME MOO GOO GAI PAN ON MY PLATE AND IT WAS COLD IN THE MIDDLE?????? THEY MUST BE PRE COOKING THE DISHES FOR THE LUNCH MEALS..... I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT SINCE 2010 AND WONT BE GOING BACK. 20.00 FOR A MICROWAVE MEAL.... NO THANK YOU

I had a frustrating experience here. I ordered a lunch special and also added shumai so one of my kids would have their own food. When the meal came out, they brought two extra plates to the table without me asking.

My kids were just eating off my meal, and one of them already had their own food from the appetizer. I didn’t request any extra plates or anything additional.

When the bill came, I was charged $4 total for sharing plates. I understand this fee is listed on the menu, but I was never asked if I wanted extra plates and wasn’t told there would be a charge. It felt wrong to be automatically given something and then charged for it, especially since I had already ordered additional food.

The broccoli beef was subpar, but the sweet and sour chicken was pretty good. Unfortunately, because of the overall experience, I won’t be returning.
