We tried Canton Dragon on Montezuma a couple weeks ago and were blown away. The sizzling rice soup was incredible - al dente vegetables and a wonderful broth. Pot stickers and snow peas/black mushrooms were nicely prepared and delicious. We went back tonight 4/23/2025 and were not disappointed. Reprised the sizzling rice soup - awesome again. I tried the Chinese Wanton Soup - a meal unto itself prepared well with an excellent broth. And to ensure left overs, we ordered the Combination Green Beans - a tasty light sauce that compliments the vegetables and proteins without over powering. I see the negative reviews and can’t reconcile them with our experience. Different time or perhaps location? We’ve dined at many Chinese restaurants and we would say Canton Dragon is head and shoulders above and competes in quality with any cuisine. Maybe we were just lucky but we will be back! And, last but not least, for us the service was attentive and professional.

This place is a hit every time I visit! Thank you so much for delicious food that never disappoints. My photo is of the Crispy Spicy Chicken (Lunch Special version) and Pot Stickers (8) appetizer. The fry on the chicken is perfect, light and crispy, the pot stickers are nicely browned and I love the ginger dipping sauce. I've also had the Chow Mein and Kung Pao. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There is a language barrier but they are very friendly and you get a lot of food.

Another AMAZING local place. For years my family and I have dined here as kind of a reward or celebration place. The only way I can describe this restaurant is that it's a treat. Service and food is always exceptional and the atmosphere is very very wonderful. I always go for the szechuan beef and it is probabaly one of my top 3 favorite things to eat ever. Nothing can flip a bad day on its head like Canton Dragon can.

Absolutely the worst Asian food I’ve had in Prescott Valley, with service to match. I really wanted to love this place - it’s not like there are a lot of options if you want something besides Thai or sushi. I ordered the kung pao chicken and General Tso’s and they both came in the same brown gravy sauce. The hot & sour soup wasn’t hot or sour, and the staff was too busy to explain why my order took 15 minutes longer than quoted. The interior of the PV restaurant was dark, and made me wonder when it last had a good cleaning. Thanks, but no thanks.

Had a wonderful Christmas dinner and even though it was quite a wait, the staff did their very best to take care of all of us.

I attempted to dine in on Christmas evening. The man apparently in charge of the dining area tried to seat a couple that came in after me. I interrupted him and told him I wanted a table. He tried to seat me in a booth. It took five minutes to receive a complimentary glass of water. I ordered tea without lemon. He brought me tea with a lemon slice in the tea. He placed a note with the number 18 on my table. He then changed my number to 17. I saw a woman studying the menu while standing at the cash register. I asked to place my order so I could be in front of the to go orders that were placed after I arrived. He refused. He did not see what happened but assured me that I did not see what I saw. I got up, paid for the half of glass of tea I had drank and left.
It was obvious they were ONLY interested in to go orders. I was very disappointed.

Everything was just ok. I placed an order for pick up which came to about $78. The chow mein is literally angel hair pasta. The general tso chicken while the portion size was great the sauce was almost metallic. The orange chicken is exactly as described oranges and ketchup. The restaurant was clean inside but food was just alright. Won’t be rushing back.

We absolutely love this restaurant, always consistent with their dishes meats and vegetables are fresh crispy cooked just right every time. Whenever we are in the prescott valley area, we make a stop here to eat either lunch or dinner. Never had anything not good or fresh. Friendly staff and good service.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair access into the restaurant.

The food was delicious, the waiter's attention was incredible, like I had never been served before, the only thing was the man's attitude, I don't know if he was the owner or manager but he seemed very bad-tempered and was rushing his waiters to realize it, I don't know if be normal in the end it was the first time I ate in this place
