Prescott Valley location has very rude employees and they seem to always be out of stuff. I love Chipotle so they need to get their act together so I can actually enjoy it. I went tonight and they were out of steak, chips and pinto beans. I walked out and got dinner elsewhere.
Vomit across floor by register ignored by employees. I told them the manager(?), she rolls her eyes and puts a napkin and sign up over it returned to cooking (no washed hands). She lights the stove with a piece of cardboard lit on fire then throws the flaming cardboard in the trash. Dropped utensils on the floor and continues cooking with them. Female and male working food orders with horrible service and attitudes. The girl just kept shouting white or brown. Really? Rice? How inappropriate is that. They barely had enough steak ready for one portion but she divided it in half btn our 2 orders, shorting us both. Mentioned it to the bearded guy and he made a face, looked confused and ignored us.
