CALL BEFORE YOU GO! This location has issues waaay too often. Since moving to Prescott Valley 6 months ago, I've been turned away at least 3 times for either staff shortage, supply issues or days where they are "only taking online orders"... not a reliable place to plan to eat. Love chipotle normally but not if its a crap shoot of it being open to walk-ins. Staff is friendly, but be sure to call ahead!

I used to think chipotle had great food. Either it was just a bad night or they've changed. Even though it was early in the evening, 5pm. They were it if several items.
I used to like the atmosphere at chipotle's. Now it's always cold and uninviting.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids.

The food was great as always, however they were a bit short on several items. A note in the window saying that they were out of cash, glad I used my debit card. The place was clean and the workers all had smiles on their faces.
