The customer service at this location is top notch! And of course, the cookies are decadently delicious! I recently made a mistake on an order I made through the app, and the staff were so accommodating and went over and above to correct and take care of my order. My favorite cookie flavors so far are any of the lemon ones but especially the lemon poppyseed. Their strawberry shortcake was simply heavenly and their cheesecakes always draw me in too!
We were greeted with friendly helpful faces the minute we opened the door! The women were so bright and cheery. Had great suggestions! First time for me to go to a Crumbl. We will definitely be back. Just based off the service!
Edit: Changed 5 star review to a 3. Last few times we’ve paid $30 for mini cookies and they’ve been sloppy in the box. Also, out of 4 of their choices, so limited selection. The service hasn’t been the usual friendly either. Super bummed!!
