Every time I visit Crumbl in Prescott Valley, I’m greeted with amazing customer service. Sam and Rachel are always extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience, and their positive attitudes really stand out. It’s rare to find service this genuine and consistent these days. The cookies are great, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back!
We love Crumbl!! The variety of flavors are awesome and it's fun to see what the new flavors will be. I'd say about 95% of the time the employees are super friendly and welcoming. A few times it felt like they're rushing you so your not able to get a good look before you leave. Which brings me to todays experience, there was no greeting, she just said 6 cookie box, opened the lid and then closed it before I could really look. There was one other person in the store...
