We recently tried Encanto, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, the experience was great. Our waiter was very professional and attentive, especially when it came to handling a few special requests. We never felt rushed, and everything was handled smoothly.

Encanto grill has been my family's go to place everytime we take a weekend to prescott. The service is always very nice and not usually busy until later in the night so we hit it empty. It's very big and spacious with lots of seating. The food is really good, however I'm pretty sure every dish besides the pizzas are premade and reheated in the ovens. Same as the salads, they are frozen and thawed out throughout the day, because I had gotten half frozen lettuce....
