Last week I had my first lettuce wrapped burger and it was perfect. Today I ordered the same lettuce wrapped burger and the lettuce was so soggy, it couldn't even hold the burger together. Also the Cajun fries had no Cajun seasonings on them. So disappointing 😞

We go to Five Guys fairly often. Most of the time the food is pretty good. I mean, the burgers are almost always good. But lately the fries are horrible. As you can see from the pictures, the last time we were there the fries were burnt and so salty they were inedible. The five guys in Prescott is great. But I would avoid the Prescott Valley location for now if I were you. Unless you don't want fries... or if you like fries that cannot be chewed... or if you want to have...

Stopped by to grab some casual dinner with my wife. Burgers were made well! Our Cajun fries were great also. The two gentlemen working ( around 6pm 04/6/26) treated us well. One Brought our food straight to our table and the other asked us how was everything after we were done. The small gesture of making sure we were satisfied goes along way. Thanks again guys
